Disgusting customer service. This is one dodgy dealer who is only interested in taking your money and provides no aftercare or assistance when something goes wrong. The warranty he offers is a joke. He provides no paperwork and moves the goalposts to suit his own means.
Bought a car recently and can highly recommend David Rogers, He provided an excellent service. Very helpful and honest seller.
I’ve stopped buying a car with David Rogers at Uplands Motor Company as the tone and words he used with me via email were shocking. The only thing he said to me firstly was just “Hi?” After I sent an initial enquiry email and then after chasing he replied with “I have 4 330d’s for sale. Start your email with some manners and maybe you’ll get more replies”. Unbelievable. Never use this chap if you’re out of the area (we’d be travelling in from Bristol).
Bought a BMW off David at Uplands Motor Company, no high pressure sales found him very easy to deal with the car is brilliant a great honest guy cheers Dave, regards, Terry.

I purchased my BMW 530i from David at Uplands Motors a few days ago. I had seen a few other examples and had researched on common problems with the E60 BMW. David knew seemed very knowledgeable on BMWs in general and the car met my criteria. I was offered a very reasonable part exchange on my 330ci - far more realistic than webuyanycar. I had noted an issue with the battery, which may have been due to the car not having been run for a couple of weeks. David had a new MOT test completed on the car while I waited and assured me if the battery remained an issue after the car had been driven for a while he would pay for a new battery. Having purchased the car, a day or so later I identified that the battery did need to be replaced. I contacted David and, as a man of his word he transferred me the money for a new battery - a level pf service that is unheard of when purchasing a used car. There appear to be no other issues with the car than those I had already identified and accepted prior to purchasing. I'm very pleased with the car, but more so taken a back by the outstanding service.
Would not buy from Uplands Motor Co. Had a deal agreed with owner one weekend and was due to collect the weekend after. On the afternoon before I was due to collect, I received a text message saying that it had now been sold to someone else!
Car Dealer Reviews has recently identified that the website link to Uplands Motor Company in Enfield was not working and so has removed it from this page. If this business has closed or anyone has any further information then please leave a review at the bottom of this page.
