My son bought a car from them , not even 28 days later and needs over £1000 spending on it as has coolant leaks , brakes , glow plugs and other work . They ignore your calls and when you do get in contact say its not covered . Small claims court here we come

Used Car Sales Peterborough are not recommended at all poor service, cheaters I bought a car for £4000 and I spend a lot of money to fix it.The warranty is crap. DON’T buy there save your money and your time!!!

Avoid Used Car Sales Peterborough at all costs, dodgy dealer ! Cars sold with fake mot, friends garage which is in close proximity passes the cars sold regardless of condition. Have reported this to trading standards and they stated that they are all already investigating this garage and its connections. Dont risk, avoid at all costs.

The fact that Used Car Sales Peterborough keep changing the trading name tells you a lot about these sharks....

Do not buy a car from Used Car Sales Peterborough, the car I bought had so many problems on it amounting to a huge bill, they never reply to emails, I contacted the warrenty people directly and there was no warranty registered for the car. They state the cars are serviced before leaving them, they do nothing to the car apart from maybe cleaning, it came with a 12 month MOT, questionable how it was passed as it needs 3 new tyres after just 150 miles. Wish I had never visited them

AVOID USED CAR SALES PETERBOROUGH AT ALL COSTS. They are polite and helpful until your transaction is completed and then it is all downhill from there. They issued a six month warranty with Auto-Guard for peace of mind at the time of the sale. 12 days later the car broke down and needed a new gear selector. On reporting this to the dealer they assured me they would deal with the problem. Over a period of days they took no action and I had to supervise the repair expecting this to be covered by the warranty, however they had not even arranged the Auto-Guard warranty until after I reported the fault. Hence the warranty was null and void causing me to have to pay the cost of the repair. Because they defaulted on the warranty I claimed through the small claim court. They requested a mediation through the Court and failed to attend. After requesting a judgment hearing they also failed to attend this. The judgement was awarded to me but I am still awaiting compensation from this dealer. Because of the false statements at the time of sale, I am out of pocket to the total of £1687.89. So I say again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!!!

Car was MOTed but on taking to our local Garage there is no way it should have passed. We then took it back and ended up paying half to get it fixed. Warrantly never appeared andwe have spent more money on it over the year than the car is worth!

Went to pick car up know one there rang twice on there way looked at mot yes one year mot but car needed new tryes asked about them sales person thats an advicery notice asked for new tryes to be put on they day we cant do that ive just payed £3,000 for car one key said two then there was no fuel left in car then they said they would pay first months tax into my account still nothing all in all a crap company selling crap cars already have engine light on so in all crap car sales never buy from them again

Bought a car from Used Car Sales Peterborough last November . Within a month the fuel system had to be replaced. The warranty did not cover this so the dealer tried to repair it through a back street garage . Now the car has a serious rattle and knocking noise coming from it . It was a waste of £2000 which the car cost me. Would stay well away from this dealer.

I bought a car for over 4k from these people. Wasn't local so couldn't view. Very helpful while selling but lie about the condition and drop you like a stone once you have parted with your hard earned. Don't be fooled by the alleged warranty sold with the cars. The warranty company (AUTOGUARD) don't honour the policy claiming wear and tear on everything. As a result 350.00 out of pocket and counting. If you want to buy a car that needs a lot of work then go for it, if not go to a more reputable dealer.
