Put a holding deposit of £100 down on for a Ford Focus Estate MJ61PCU- they advertise all vehicles are sold with an MOT. I pulled out of the deal in good time as I found something closer and cheaper, I was told I’d be refunded my deposit and 5 months later, 20+ calls and emails, still no deposit refund.

Rang in Friday morning about a red Discovery I saw on the net. Placed a deposit on it and drove it away Saturday afternoon. Such an easy process and great value for money, thanks to Used Cars of Bristol.

Red Discovery Sport came up on Ebay Thursday eve, called Fri morning on way to Bath, took 1.5 hour detour as Rob Gibbs told us it was out of prep, ready on the forecourt for us to view. On arrival, told it was sold. An absolute waste of time. Had my details to call if that was the case. Disgusting customer service. Glad I didn’t just spend £26k with them! Avoid like the plague.

I came up see a car that I had seen on the internet on Saturday, admittedly it was parked in the middle of a few cars.. I asked if I could test drive and was told only if you’re going to buy it ?? Obviously I didn’t know that 100% as hadn’t driven it but wouldn’t of driven over if I wasn’t interested ... very disappointed would not recommend Used Cars of Bristol.

The first sales man I spoke to was very polite and said he’d have the car bought round for me to look at. After a brief inspection of the outside of the vehicle I left my partner to inspect the inside while I inquired about a test drive. While I was speaking to the sales rep the manager appeared from nowhere pressuring me to make an offer for the car. He told me he was not happy for me to test drive the car until price for the sale had been agreed. After lengthy debate and discussion as I was just about the leave he finically decided he was allow me to test drive the car. At which point I was exhausted and frustrated so I declined and decided my money was best spent elsewhere. The manager wasn’t very rude, intimidating and time wasting. After leaving I was informed by my partner that interior of the vehicle was in very poor condition with broken parts. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! Autotrader reviews are very deceptive so be wary.

I received help from Jordan over the weekend, my appointment was at 10am and by 15:00 I had walked away with a new car. Excellent service, very impressed with Used Cars of Bristol.

Arrived at Used Cars of Bristol to look at a different car than we purchased.We didn't like the colour of the other car.(Ford Mondeo).My wife looked around for 20 minutes and sat in several car's.Selected a white Audi A6.Salesman was typical trade centre guy.Not the greatest.... SORRY but true. Had been given a price for our car only to have it reduced by £970.00 because I he boss said so🤔.No discount offered on our possible purchase. Screen price only mate😡take it or leave it.Hardly a way to encourage anyone. Usual back and forth to the office.blah blah blah. Finally purchased the car next day.My wife loves it. Car seems excellent.Dealer not so much.No coffee offered on either visit.Office was freezing.Made to feel like it's just a numbers game to them. No customer service skills,and salesman wasn't really bothering one way or another. Can safely say won't be using them again. Would Not recommend the travel as cars are dearer if you px.Quite frankly.. 😡 Shocking 😡

Used Cars of Bristol are absolutely awful. Have a valuation of my vehicle over the phone. Admit the guy says roughly. Drove for 2 hours to get there. Arrived and was told that the vehicle I was going to purchase was £500 more as I was part exchanging. Then they wanted to add another £149 for something. Came back with a valuation of £2000 less than on the phone. Reason. Cream Leather interior. Complete waste of time. Beware everybody as they get you there. Ended up wasting a complete day, fuel etc for nothing.
