After seeing a Jaguar XJ 6 advertised for sale I contacted Used Cars - UK and spoke to Carlo. Following our conversation I decided the 5 hour journey to view the vehicle would be worthwhile. I wasn’t disappointed. The car was immaculate and following a test drive and a short discussion regarding the trade in value of my vehicle, I decided to purchase the vehicle. That just left the paperwork to be completed which I wasn’t looking forward to as my iPad wasn’t playing ball. Carlo took over and completed the lot in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Insurance change, vehicle taxed. DVLC notified re - change of ownership and tax re - fund applied for. All done by Carlo. I cannot fault the service I received from Carlo and his brother and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dealership. Excellent. To date, the car I purchased has lived up to all expectations.

Phoned the guys this morning to view the Jaguar XF . The lads were very friendly and professional . They sorted out all the paper very quickly , gave them the old car part exchange and were home in the afternoon. Would definitely use the guys at Used Cars-Uk again. Thank you Steve & Kev 👍👍

Saw the car online and had numerous phone calls with the boys about the car over the course of a week, as I live a large distance away they accommodated me in every way to ensure I was happy and sure before making my way over to see the car, everything they told me about the car was honest and true, reassured me that I wouldn’t be making a mistake by coming up to see/buy the car.. I bought a Citroen C4 Picasso from Carlo for my daughter. From the off Carlo was honest and accurate in his description of the vehicle. I was not disappointed; the written description was 100% accurate and the answers to my questions over the phone were thorough and transparent. In my experience this alone is a rare thing and not too common in the world of car sales. The purchase and paperwork was sorted very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. It was obvious that customer service really does matter to all that work at the site and it was refreshing to see how open, honest and attentive everyone was that I came into contact with. The price of the car was very reasonable and given the spec of the vehicle unmatched elsewhere on Autotrader.
