Vans ok. Just found it online so went to V12 Sports and Classics. I gave them three stars because they needed to keep me updated what was going on. I ended up waiting longer than expected but eventually drove away the same day.

The Audi we bought is grand. The dealership was really, really good but they could be more organised as we were waiting around abit on collection. Vehicle was ready but info for the paperwork wasn’t so that let them down on the score but I would recommend them to others.

Sales team were great to my father in law not too pushy sale went through very quickly and efficiently This is the fourth car we have purchased from yourselves and would highly recommend Only negative is no drive away insurance!! Just one more cost to add to the bill.

I absolutely love my car. Only thing, its booked in with the garage to get an issue sorted but on the day, perfect, everything went smoothly. Richard is an amazing guy and looked after me from start to finish. I liked how thorough Richard was but answering all my questions and he went through everything with me. I have already recommend V12 to others.

I needed a new car pretty quickly and a family member showed me the one I bought, I liked it so went to see it. Staff were really friendly and straight to the point, they made my life easy. Four stars as they should service their cars before sale but I probably would go back in the future, I’m enjoying my new car

Cars running fine. I went to V12 due the car as I was looking around for a couple of years and I came across what I liked. The staff were attentive, if you wanted something not a problem, they came and helped you. Handover wasn’t too bad. The process was alittle bit lengthy on the wait to get the car prepped. Overall I’m happy with it.

I’m getting on brilliantly with the car. The staff at V12 were very professional, friendly and I didn’t feel pressured into buying car. They brought it in from another branch and it fully charged for me on collection. Process took about a week. I feel i've got a really good car but I wish someone had gone through the features of the car with me when I was there. However, I have already recommended them to a friend.

Everything was good on the day but we were told the car was there so came to see it and it wasn’t so had to come back the next day. Richard was the salesman, he was great. He communicated with us properly. After purchase, I noticed the screen washer motor was not working so had to replace it myself. Apart from that, its all ok

Iven used V12 Sports and Classics before but the only thing this time would be that I would have liked a quicker turnaround. The staff were fine but they said some marks inside would be cleaned but they were still there when I picked it up however, my experience was really good

Cars going fine but have one problem with the rear wiper jet which isn’t working so I will speak to the dealership. Other than that I’m enjoying the car. The staff were good. They were understanding and it helped me have a positive mindset when there. Process from test driving the car to getting the document was fairly quick. All nice people at V12
