My experience with both V12 and the Hyundai Bayon I got from them was brilliant! Deontae was really helpful, we had we had some issues with the original car we wanted with financing. He worked with us to get us the best possible deal.

When we initially went in, they were really nice, let me have a look at the T-Roc, and were really approachable. The one thing I struggled with was the final negotiation on the price of the car and the part exchange. It felt like a game of ‘Deal or No Deal’

The Seat Leon has been honestly amazing. The only minor thing that I’m unhappy with is that the service history has not been sent over / given, and I’m having to chase to get it. Everyone I have dealt with was helpful, and during the sale everything was explained quite nicely. I have recommended v12 Wolverhampton to my friend and brother who are looking for cars currently.

The Passat has honestly been a good car. The brakes can be a bit harsh sometimes, but otherwise it's good. My whole experience with V12 Wolverhampton has been brilliant.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the experience. The salesperson we initially dealt with was a bit unprofessional towards my brother and father when they were asking questions while looking at the A Class. We ended up dealing with a manager called Jim, who was great

The sales experience was good. There was a bit of an issue with one of the doors not opening due to the child lock on the door, and the wipers are a bit noisy. Other than that, the Evoque has been great!

They’ve treated me well from start to finish. When I sent the van back with a fault that they weren’t aware of, they dealt with the issues efficiently for me. I can't really fault them.
