Seller was amazing, however, we were told that the £149 we paid for peace of mind also included cleaning the car and fixing the loose fittings on the mud plastic, which were not done. We waited hours for the car to be ready and yet nothing was done. By the time when we got it, I was too tired to go and argue plus our son started to get a heat rash, so we decided to leave the premises. I am disappointed that I had to pay that money for nothing.

I am really happy with the car. It is lovely and I haven’t had any issues with it. The only downfall I have as feedback is to do with the finance process. We had a set budget, and after some discussion, we finally agreed on something that was manageable for us. The finance team had told the dealership not to add any extras onto the sale, as it wouldn’t be affordable. However, the salesman told us he was adding things like the tracker and the protective coating and said it wouldn’t cost any extra. When the final payment came through, the total had gone up. He explained that this was due to the extras, which I then had to dispute. I contacted the finance team to let them know, as I was not willing to pay for something we hadn’t agreed to. The finance team confirmed they had specifically told the dealer not to do this. We then had to involve other staff members to look into the situation. It was eventually sorted out, but it was just disappointing. I feel that when a customer sets a clear budget, it’s important not to keep pushing for more. It doesn’t feel good as a customer. That said, apart from this issue, the service was quick and the vehicle was ready and prepared for us. I just think the communication needs to be much clearer to avoid unnecessary stress over what should be an enjoyable process.

Really pleased with my new Range Rover from V12. This is the fourth car I’ve had from them and I’ve always been happy with the service and the cars. No major issues, and anything that has come up has been sorted quickly. The service this time was great again, straightforward, quick and stress free. However, I was disappointed with the part exchange. I was trading in a car I bought from V12 just 18 months ago and the offer was £17,000 less than what I originally paid. I did manage to negotiate a slightly better price, but it took a lot of effort. Despite that, I would still use V12 as their service is consistently good and the cars have always been reliable.

I would 100% use these guys again. Brilliant from start to finish. The car itself is great with no problems at all. Joshua, who helped me with the transaction, made it really straightforward. There was no messing about, no pushy sales tactics, and no pressure to buy extras. It was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Saw the car online, booked in to view and test drive. I’d say the test drive was good, I had the car for at least 15 minutes. There was a bit of waiting around, but everything was completed on the same day, so I can't complain. Harry was excellent, very helpful, and answered any questions I had. I’m really enjoying the car; it’s a comfortable drive, which is exactly what I was looking for in a commuting vehicle. The whole process was very straightforward, nothing has gone wrong so far, and I would return to V12 in the future if they had something I was looking for.

I’ve only done a few hundred miles in the vehicle, but everything seems to be running okay, so fingers crossed it stays that way. I can't fault the customer service. It did feel a little rushed, but we did arrive 30 minutes before closing, so I understand why. There was no pressure or pushiness, it was just a very quick transaction. I did manage to take the vehicle for a test drive, and everyone came across as professional and presentable. The only feedback I would give is about the £150 admin charge, which wasn’t advertised anywhere on the website or mentioned on the phone. I found this a bit strange, especially as we were taking the car the same day. I just feel this charge should be clearly advertised or discussed beforehand. Apart from that, it was a decent experience overall.

I dealt with a really nice salesman who was polite and helpful. There was no rushing or pressure sales techniques from him. It was a very smooth process and I wasn’t left waiting around, it all went quickly. There have been no issues with my car. It is a lovely Porsche and I have been enjoying it so far. I have no complaints about the dealership. Spot on from start to finish.
