I've purchased several cars from V12 Sports and Classics, and overall, I have been really happy with the service. The sales team is patient in answering my questions and never pushy. They offered me a fantastic deal on a Toyota with no hidden fees or surprises, just straightforward pricing. The customer that we sold this car to is very happy and they have had no issues as far as I am aware.

A few years ago, I purchased a Ford Kuga from V12, which served me well. Recently, I found myself in a position to upgrade my vehicle, and based on the positive experience I had at this company last time, I decided to return to V12. The process of part-exchanging my Ford Kuga for a VW Tiguan was seamless. The team at V12 Sports, especially Steve, were incredibly helpful. Steve's assistance was invaluable, from helping me choose the right car to explaining the features in detail. I visited V12 Sports and Classics on the 11th February to have a look at a Mazda and I spoke to a helpful young gentlemen by the name of Connor. Connor was extremely knowledgeable and he gave me plenty of time to look round the car without hounding me. Connor was always there if I needed to ask him anything about the car and he gave me some good advice. I'm very pleased with my Mazda it's been a belting car so far.

Dilojan provided a fantastic service. I was really happy with the customer care. I bought a 320d touring, and I was happy with the purchase process. I love how they don’t get in your face to push a sale. Big plus. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for a future purchase here. When I drove off, the car was shaking on the motorway, so I took it straight back to V12. They took it in and sorted it out immediately! I drove back to London with no issues, and the car has been perfect since. 

Despite the long distance I had to travel from London, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Haroon was incredibly helpful and ensured that the handover was done quickly. His professionalism and dedication to customer service really stood out, allowing me to get on the road with my new car in no time. The paperwork, often a time-consuming part of buying a car, was completed in approximately 45 minutes. This swift and efficient process was greatly appreciated, especially considering the distance I had travelled. Receiving the keys to my new VW Golf was the highlight of the experience. The car was in excellent condition, and I couldn’t wait to start my journey back to London. The combination of excellent customer service, efficient processes, and high-quality vehicles makes them a dealership I would highly recommend.

I bought a nice white 2018 Audi from V12 in February. Chris was friendly, communicated clearly and had great customer service skills. He is a massive asset to your company. I don't normally give top marks to anyone because no one is perfect but Chris deserves it!

The service from Alex is like no other; his expertise was first-class, and his non-pushy sales approach made me feel really relaxed while speaking to him. As for my Mercedes, which I bought from Alex and this dealership, it is an absolute beauty and so much fun to drive. 

This is my second purchase from V12 Sports, and I must say they've outdone themselves yet again. Ryan, who was the sales assistant this time, was amazing; from start to finish, he made the whole process hassle-free for me. I was more than satisfied with things, and my Volvo V90 runs like clockwork. It's a big, fat five from me.
