A great car sales room over in Hinckley. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the car and we had a short test drive to make sure everything was in order. The one item to be aware of is staff were really pushing the extended warranty and paint protection upgrades that would have added £2000 to the price of a £9000 car. When we said no to Daniel the manager came in and tried to sell upgrades to us. Also while the sign says "the price you see is the price you pay" there is a mandatory care package / admin fee of £150 for your warranty, valet and a years AA Cover. Which I did not mind given how cheap the car was in the first place. Having reserved the vehicle before hand it took us about 2.5 hours, including the test drive, to get everything sorted and drive home. Be aware there is very little parking at the Hinkley location. You can probably find a spot on one of the near by side streets.

We are really pleased with the vehicle now. However, there were a few initial hiccups that affected the experience, and we feel some improvement is needed. When we went to collect the vehicle, it was parked at the back of the warehouse. It was dusty and had clearly been sitting for a while. The battery was flat, so they charged it and assured us it was fine, and we set off. However, about two hours later on our way home, the car battery went completely flat. We had to call out the AA, but because the AA cover we received with V12 does not start until 24 hours after purchase, we were charged for the callout. To their credit, V12 refunded the cost immediately and were very apologetic. The salesman we dealt with throughout was also very helpful. He answered all our questions and made it a comfortable buying experience. That said, I feel this could have been avoided if V12 had taken the time to check over the car and prepare it before our arrival. I understand they are a very busy dealership, but better time management would make a big difference.

Quick process, car was valeted and ready for me when I picked it up. there was no messing about it was all very straightforward and I've had no issues so far.

Keen to sell but not so good at after sales . I identified a puncture when test driving car , salesperson said he would sort it out. I purchased the car on the understanding this was resolved only to find a puncture the following morning. Just get a quote and we’ll sort it was the response. Got a quote from kwik fit and screen shot it to share , we can’t see it was response . Sent again and waited 3 hours between responses . After 3 days and 10 emails finally got them to agree to pay for tyre . Got it done , sent it to them and they want the invoice in their name even though I had to pay . Now they will only pay cost less vat so I’m £10 down on pumping my tyre up twice a day plus £20 vat for tyre .

Patryk was very helpful, he talked me through and showed me lots of different options that were in my budget and what I was roughly looking for. There was never any pressure on the sale and it has been a positive experience.

Came across the dealership on AutoTrader while looking for a specific car. We found the one we wanted with V12 and made the journey down from Scotland. Conor was great. He always kept me informed, answered any questions, and made sure I was accommodated throughout the whole process. I am really pleased with my decision to go with V12. Everything was spot on.

I feel some improvements could be made to make the overall experience smoother for customers. The first issue is the lack of parking space. Due to the location of the dealership, customers have to park on the main road where there are many yellow lines and limited spaces. I believe that if V12 could free up some room, it would make the experience much safer and more convenient for customers. I also felt that the initial communication could have been better. It was quite inconsistent as several staff members were away. I think I ended up dealing with around four different people. If handovers were better organised, I believe this kind of miscommunication could be avoided. That said, everything was eventually sorted out and the manager was very helpful. I just think there are a few points of feedback worth considering to help make the customer experience more enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons.
