Nothing wrong with the pickup, but I'm still waiting on the V5. No one pressured me to buy, but the process could have been a bit quicker. We knew the vehicle we wanted and we were paying cash but we were still there for over 2 hours. The experience was ok in general.

The experience was ok, but they were supposed to include a battery charger in the deal but they haven't. I tried to speak to them about it but my calls were not returned. Also I also paid £300 for the Guardex but it didn't seem like it was done to a good standard. Aside from those issues, the car has been mechanically perfect so far. I'd give them 3 stars due to the issues mentioned.

We really love the car, however there was issues with it so we've got it booked in to a garage to get it looked at. On the day they were very helpful, friendly, and it all went very well.

I've had the car about 2 weeks, no issues with it at all it's lovely. I dealt with Patryk who was very helpful - I had a test drive and he let me have a look around the car in my own time.

The experience was good, everything was straight up. The only issue was I was told the vehicle had an AA inspection before purchase. I checked the car out after purchase and it appeared it hadn't been done at all so I had to get it serviced myself. Other than that the car is fine, no issues. The guy that I dealt with was helpful and got everything done in a reasonable time.

The car is pretty good, no issues at all. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with a spare tyre though. I'm missing the handbook and the car mats too. I thought Alex was pretty good, although I felt it was a bit sneaky the current MOT stated there was bobbling on the discs, but when I purchased the car it wasn't shown to me and was put into the glove compartment. I'd give them 3 stars. It wasn't terrible but wasn't great.

I'm enjoying the car, but the experience was just ok. I went to the branch near the end of the day so the process was a bit rushed. I was then told the finance settlement letter I provided was ok, but I've had 4 different people contact me saying it wasn't ok. Each of them seemed to know their jobs really well though. I'd give them 4 stars.
