I didn’t feel rushed into anything by Harley. He was patient and let me take my time looking at different options. I really appreciated that there was no pushiness or pressure on the sale, as it gave me the time to think and choose the right car for me. I’m really pleased with my decision to go for the Audi Q7 and would definitely recommend Harley.

I am very pleased with my vehicle. The whole transaction went smoothly with no issues at all. I dealt with Yaddy on the day, and the customer service from him was great. The only thing I would criticise is the customer parking. There was nowhere to park, and it was far too overcrowded. I would definitely suggest looking to improve this.

The man who said his name was Moses was actually called Mohammed - so, that was a lie. The man who finalised the sale was unfriendly and spent less than 5 minutes with us. He was clearly not interested in answering any questions or checking whether we were satisfied. He was keen on getting us out of the room once he had us sign the documents. The car had no manual or mats and we were not told about this beforehand. When we queried it later after going home we were told we could buy a manual online and this is how the car came to you!!!! Terrible customer service and clearly profit oriented and uninterested in any after sales queries. Shameful

Happy to give 5 stars I've had a couple of cars and I've never had any issues. On this occasion, I went for the Volvo XC60 and I'm getting on alright with it. The only thing I've noticed is that the lacquer on the wheels come off when I washed it.

Had a few vans from V12 Sports and Classics. It hasn't been used much as it's in the process of being converted into a horse box. But I was happy with the service from the team on the day.

This is my 4th car from V12 Sports and Classics Hinckley and it's going okay. I did have some issues with charging it on the motorway but after getting it home and looking on youtube, I managed to sort it and it's perfect.

Everything has been spot on. The customer service from the salesman Josh was fantastic and he was really good to deal with. Since owning the Jaguar, it's been brilliant and so far I haven't had any issues.

The Jaguar is running perfectly. Harley was great to deal with lovely and professional throughout. The whole experience was good, and I was given all the time I needed with no pressure, which I really appreciated. One point of disappointment: when I came in on the Monday to drop off a key for the car I part-exchanged, which is where another staff member that I haven't met before told me I should’ve looked more closely and noticed they were missing, which wasn’t ideal.

This is the 6/7 vehicle I have got from this dealership and so far the van is okay. I recently noticed that the air con needed re-gassing, so I've taken it to a local garage to get it sorted and I sent the invoice to V12 last week, I'm just waiting for them to pay this back. 4 out of 5 stars because I felt there were some hidden fees in the finance that weren't clearly explained.
