The customer service was great, and my overall experience was pleasant.

I was in the market to buy a car and V12 Sports and Classics was just down the road from me, so I decided to call in and see what they had. I wasn't specifically looking for a particular car at the time. It was my first time purchasing a car from them, and they were great. I've been getting on well with the car since buying it, and I've had no issues with it at all. I'd probably consider using them again in the future if I was looking to get a different car.

I'm very pleased with the Hyundai Tucson. I was specifically looking for a Hyundai, and everything on the day was fabulous. I'm happy with the service I received. The staff were absolutely great and couldn't do enough for me, honestly. They worked like Trojans to make sure I could get the car that day, which I really appreciated. I've already recommended them to everyone I've spoken to who's looking for a car, and I'll definitely continue to recommend them. They were fabulous and I couldn't fault them at all.

This is my first electric car, which is the Audi E-Tron. I was a bit nervous about buying one, but I'm really enjoying it. The car is lovely, and everything's been brilliant. We also bought a charging pod as part of the deal, which was a little bit of a pain to get sorted. It took quite a few weeks, but we got there in the end, and it's great now that it's all set up. Jack, the salesman, was a smashing lad. He was brilliant, informative and professional but didn't make us feel pressured at all. Really nice lad. I have to give it full marks, as I have nothing to complain about.

I've never bought a car before, so this was my first buying experience. I thought it was reasonably good. The salesman's name was Jack. He was really nice and friendly throughout, and I didn't feel rushed into making any decisions. He was having a laugh with us as well, which was nice.

The service at the dealership was alright, and the whole thing was a fairly basic, easy transaction. There was nothing untoward, and everything was fine. The only thing was that when they sold me the van, they said they were going to give it a quick valet. It was already clean, but I thought they might give it another quick once over, as they'd said they would. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. To be honest, it wasn't a big issue because it's a working van, and it was still clean, so it didn't really detract from the experience. It's a van rather than a special car, it is what it is. The transaction was easy enough, the service was fine, and I'd recommend the dealership to others.

The car I purchased from V12 Sports and Classics has been brilliant. I've been getting on really well with it and have no complaints about how it's been so far. I believe I dealt with Jack, and he was helpful. I'd be happy to recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

So far the Kia Sportage has been alright with no major issues. The overall experience at the dealership was okay. The sale of the car was generally fine, and the salesman was okay as well. The main disappointment was the amount we were offered for our part exchange, as it wasn't what we expected. One area where I think the dealership could have done more was with the finance information. We weren't given much detail about the finance company or the other finance options available. I think more information about these options would have been helpful. Generally, though, I think the experience was okay, aside from the points I've mentioned.
