I'm really happy the service proved with V12 in Stoke and James. I was after a Qashqai specifically and saw an advert online, and I reached out. The person I spoke with advised me of the different Nissan Qashqais, one in Worksop and one in Stoke. I went with the one in Stoke as it was a 2023 plate hybrid. If I were to point anything out that could be improved, it would be that the documentation process could have been simplified and shortened. Overall, I'm really happy and enjoying the car. I have recommended V12 to my friends due to the service I got.

The Mini has been alright so far. I'm not a big fan of purchasing cars due to all the extras trying to be sold alongside them. However, the overall experience was good.

The Suzuki S-Cross has been lovely so far. There was a bit of a hassle with the part exchange, however, everything was sorted in the end. I was after an S-Cross in particular and found one listed by V12 in Stoke, they had good reviews, so I thought I might as well go for it.

The Evoque has been good. On the recent service, they brought up that it will need new brake discs on the front and that the tracking is off. However, apart from that, the car is running great. I dealt with James while at the Stoke branch of V12.

I was looking around for a new car, and coincidentally, I saw the Toyota Corolla. This is my second car from V12. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the price of the ceramic coating. Other than that, it was all good. They have really good people in the Stoke branch, and the service and everything was bang on!

This is my 6th or 7th car from V12 now. The Tesla Model 3 did have a slight issue. However, the warranty has resolved it for me, so it's all good now. Seyyed was good as well, it was quite a smooth transaction with the part exchange. I do think I should have gotten a bit more on the car I part exchanged. I do have a voucher from them so when I come back for my next car I’ll be able to use that.

I'm getting along really well with the car, it's so comfortable. Ammar and the rest of the staff were very polite and friendly when we went there, and the test drives went very well. The whole experience was very relaxing as no one was pushing you into any purchases.

I was looking for the Kuga Hybrid specifically online and found one listed online by V12 in Stoke. I went down to initially view the car on Sunday and came back to buy it on Wednesday. There was a bit of haggling going on regarding the price and the Ford I was trading in as well. In the end, I’m quite happy with how everything was dealt with by the salesperson at V12 in Stoke.
