There was some initial miscommunication regarding how and when I would collect the vehicle. However Jack was very helpful and made sure everything was resolved and that i was happy. He is a great salesman and wanted to make sure as a customer I had a good experience, so a massive thank you to him.

Fantastic car! I am very pleased with it, the service was a little slow, however the guy I dealt with was a pleasure to deal with, I really enjoyed the whole experience of purchasing from here. He was accommodating and the car was cleaned spotlessly, like it was brand new. I would recommend!

James was a great salesman, he was helpful and polite. I am happy with my purchase, I have had no issues with the car, I did have to wait a little while my insurance got sorted, but James was Patient and the car was cleaned for me before I left with it which was appreciated.

No complaints at all, really easy process, everything so far has been good with the car. There was a delay when picking it up as I was picking the car up for my boss, so they had to get confirmation before handing it over. I'd say this was better than just giving it away haha, good safety precautions! Would definitely use them again, really easy to deal with.

So far our new car is driving good, but the EML is intermittently coming on so this needs looking at. The service was good during the sales process, but I felt like a lot of time was taken up by the warranty sales pitch.
