Nobody gets 5 stars but I can't pick fault with my experience at the Stoke-on-Trent branch. Jack was great on the day, there was an issue with his computer that meant he had to try a couple of times to swipe my card, but each time he showed it hadn't gone through, and it got sorted in the end. I've already added a few thousand miles to the clock and it's been running smoothly.

Absolutely loving the Nissan Navara, this is my first time owning one coming from an L200 before and this is loads better. I’d been thinking about upgrading for a while and I knew I wanted it as soon as I saw it. Alex was great, really helpful and no pressure at all. He ran me through everything and made the process easy. Sorted and drove away the same day. Perfect.

Audi A3 has been sound with no issues.

This wasn't my first time owning a Tesla but it was still nice to be offered a test drive by the team at V12. Throughout the sale, everyone was really helpful, and I'm happy to give 5 stars.

This was my first time dealing with V12 Sports and Classics but to be honest, it went really well. The salesman (KobiA) was really good and got the deal done quick. Once the finance got approved, I wasn't waiting very long until the car was mine. I'm happy with the car. Hopefully I can buy more cars from them in the future.

I can't fault Jack, he made sure the whole process was just easy and everything flowed. I've had my Jaguar for a month now, and it's been superb, it was a great buy.

I've been meaning to call V12 Sports and Classics Stoke-On-Trent because my AC has suddenly stopped working, hopefully they can help me out to sort this. Otherwise, the car has been driving great and everything else has been perfect! The team at the Stoke branch are fantastic, and everyone I spoke to was wonderful. They have great customer relations.

Overall, the experience was straightforward and good. The Volvo itself is great, no issues with the car, and everything is running well. The service was also good, with a quick test drive and a fast turnaround of the car. There were a few minor concerns. The deposit ended up being more than initially quoted, and there were some small things missing or overlooked – the wheel jack was missing from the back, the screen wash was empty, and the engine coolant was on minimum. I originally wanted a 1-year warranty, but they recommended the 2-year option, saying the difference was only £100. I wasn’t sure at the time, but in hindsight, they might’ve done me a favour, especially with the car having higher mileage. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was perfect. Solid overall experience.

This isn't the first time I've visited this dealership as me and my partner have got cars from here before. To be honest, I only went to do some window shopping and I ended up coming out with a new car. I'm out in the car all the time and I'm getting on fine with it.
