I love the Jaguar I-PACE to pieces. I’m really pleased with it. The experience at the dealership was fantastic. I initially dealt with Jack, who got everything started and organised, and then someone else handled things on the day I collected the car. Both of them were really good and very clear throughout, so I felt well looked after. I’d definitely buy from them again and couldn’t fault the experience. My partner is also looking to purchase a car soon and will be going back there as well.

BMW I4 has been sound, It was quite busy when we arrived, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. We were seen pretty much straight away, and they knew what we were there for, so everything moved quickly. I dealt with a couple of different people while I was there, and everything was fine with them. The only downside for me was that I wasn’t able to get the car through my business like I wanted to, and I had to do it privately instead.

Enjoying the Nissan Ariya, the salesman was helpful, it would have been top marks, although it took a little longer than expected, but overall it was a good experience.

Everyone was very helpful despite being very very busy.

I’m very pleased, in terms of the buying experience it was very good. Although it was a different sort of sell than I’m used to. I would normally look at a car, go away and think about it, then come back later, whereas they tend to want you to buy and get going. I understand that it just took me a little bit of time to get my head around it.

Would definitely consider going back to V12 Sports and Classics if they had the right car in stock. James and Jack were both good. It would have been a five star experience if I hadn't had an issue shortly after purchase.

I was originally looking for a Jaguar I-PACE, but the insurance levels put me off, so I started looking around and liked the look of the Q4, which is how I ended up finding this one. My experience with the dealership was really good. The guys were really friendly and helpful, and I was really pleased overall. There were no issues at all during the process.

On the day, James was very helpful and couldn’t do more for me. The team were good, and the service was quick. I had my son with me to help with the forms, and everything went well at that stage And the car itself is fine, but I’ve had a couple of issues that are still being sorted. I’m now taking it through the warranty process and having a diagnostic done. Other than the ongoing issues, the sales team and the place itself were fine.

Initially I was looking for a Volkswagen ID.4 on AutoTrader when I came across one advertised at V12 Hinckley, which is local to me. They said they had a Volkswagen I5 at the Stoke branch that was in my price range. Jack was brilliant, and although it was a long day due to it being busy, it was all positive in the end and no complaints.

Enjoying the Skoda Enyaq, everything was fine on the day.
