Glen who was dealing with us, any concerns that I had about road tax insurance, he was really attentive, he would get them sorted out for me and made it very easy to be fair. Depending on what stock they had I would consider going back. I have also already recommended them to my family.

My car is perfect, really enjoying it. I bought my last car from VR EPS so didn’t really want to go anywhere else. I looked straight on their website when I decided what I wanted and they took my other car in aswell. They made my kids feel welcome, they were made to feel special and this is the main reason I went back. Id absolutely go back in the future.

Everything seems spot on with the car. VR EPS had the car and spec I was looking for. I came quite far to get this car and I couldn’t sing their praises high enough. Every member of staff was spot on, I got a really detailed video of the car and its features. The car is amazing. Despite the distance to the dealership I would consider them in the future.

Car been alright. Had a couple of mechanical issues with the car so I spoke to the dealership and took it to a local garage and they covered the cost. I organised the purchase online and then went to see it. Friendly, welcoming staff. Experience was good.

Went to VR EPS to get a Range Rover Sport, which was the car that I was looking for. I did have some issues with the back seats and the seatbelt in the middle didn’t work but they managed to get this resolved. Glen was great, he looked after me. They were honest and got everything that they said they were going to do.

The car A-Class has been all good. I have previously used VR EPS many times. The customer service is top class. This is my fifth or sixth car with them, the prices are good, the customer service is good whenever I needed anything they got it sorted.

I am very happy with the Land Rover Defender that I purchased from VR EPS. The experience that I had was very positive. The main thing that made it such a positive experience is that they have such a personal touch, they are very friendly and kept in touch on WhatsApp to ask about the purchase.
