We dealt with Glen first, and then things were finalised with Nick, and they were both brilliant. The BMW X5 we bought has also been brilliant. I would 100% recommend the dealership to anyone and would definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely no issues whatsoever. We previously had an SQ7 we saw the Q7 advertised and wanted to go for it. The dealership was brilliant, and Nick was fabulous, couldn't fault him.

Originally I was going to go for the 1-litre Ford Focus, but in the end I went with the 1.5-litre Ford Focus ST line, as it is a nice car. I am very pleased with the car and how everything went at the dealership, it was quick and easy, and I was in and out.

I bought a Mercedes A-Class from VR EPS, and overall it’s been alright. I just liked the look of it, which is what made me go for it in the first place, and I found the dealership through AutoTrader. Currently in the process of trying to sort the 2nd key which wasn't synced to my car, but other than that, the experience at the dealership was good.

My overall experience was excellent and I would rate it 5 I found nick and all the staff to be very professional and helpful. I had a small problem with the car and it was resolved efficiently and to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use VR EPS in the future.

Having just bought a stunning Ferrari 488 Spider from VR😁, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I really couldn't be happier with the buying experience. They have been a first class dealership in every respect from start to finish. Martin was incredibly helpful, honest, patient and genuine from our first conversation. He clearly lives and breathes great cars! Northing was too much trouble. Once the deal was done, Martin kept me regularly updated with the car's preparation and made collection an absolute pleasure for me and my family. I was still getting advice and support from Martin at 10pm that night. You don't get that from a main dealer! Great reputations are hard earned and easily lost. No car dealer I've bought from (there have been a few) deserves their excellent reputation more than VR EPS. Thanks again Martin - See you next time😅🤣

I’m really happy with the Cupra I got from VR EPS, I’m having no issues with it at all. I wanted something a bit more fresh and saw it on Autotrader so took it for a test drive. Nick made a video for me so it was quite a personal experience. The process was easy, stress free and he gave me a charger for the car. I will definitely recommend.
