Phil was really helpful and stayed behind with me after closing hours. I had a bit of a weird part exchanged we managed to agree a price on. Throughout the whole process whenever I had a question, he would answer it for me. The BMW has been absolutely fine, and I’ve not had a single issue with it.

I dealt with him previously at a different dealership, and as usual he was very professional and quite honest. I have no complaints from my side regarding him. The Ford Ranger was in great condition as well. I'm really loving it! Top marks across the board for Vansco and John.

We were really impressed. It was quite refreshing to go somewhere and get to test-drive the car with our kids in it. We have tried a few different places prior to Vansco 333, and they honestly weren’t the best. The Peugeot 208 has been great, we love it.

We were very happy with the service and the car, the team did some small touch up work prior to delivery and they did a great job The people were courteous and the process of buying was easy. I’d definitely go again as will be in the market for a van at some point

It was a straightforward process and the salesman was spot on. I couldn’t fault his help. Little issue at the start with the brakes but once it got fixed it has been fine. I went to an independent garage and Vansco sorted it all out and paid for the repairs. They have been really polite and the after car team dealt with it really well.

Vans ok, I thought they had serviced it. I've had it three or four weeks and it's telling me it needs oil change so Ill sort that. Other than that’s it's been fine. Had to phone few times to check on delivery hence the four stars. The sales experience was good, went through well, chap helping me was very helpful, no problem at all.
