Purchased a Ford Ranger, to be honest, I’m not that keen on it. It’s just too big for me and not as comfortable to drive as I thought it would be, so I’m actually looking to get rid of it. That said, my experience with the dealership itself was good. I dealt with Scott, and he did everything he needed to do. All the communication and arrangements leading up to collection were fine, and I was happy with that side of things. I didn’t collect the vehicle in person as someone else picked it up on my behalf, so I can’t comment on the showroom experience. Overall, I’d give the experience a four out of five. Even though the vehicle isn’t right for me, everything with the dealership was handled well.

I purchased a Kia Sorento from Vansco back in March. I came across the dealership online. The salesman's name was Scott, and he was really good throughout the process.

Everything has been okay with the Jaguar XF. When we were at the dealership, everything was explained in detail, and based on our experience, we would use Vansco again in the future if we were to buy another car.

My experience at the dealership was positive. I dealt with John, and he was good to deal with, so I was happy with that side of things. The only issue I had was when I picked the van up. It had been polished, but it looked like it had been done with a dirty mop, which left swirl marks all over the bonnet and side panels. At first, I thought it was just polish that would wash off, but it didn’t, so I ended up having to get it detailed and polished again to remove the marks. That’s my only complaint really. I’d rate the experience a four out of five, as it would have been a five without that issue.

Recently bought an MG from Vansco and overall, I’m really happy with it. The car’s perfect, it’s brand new, so I can’t really complain, and I’m honestly loving it. Everything’s been good with it so far. The experience at the dealership was really good as well. It had a friendly atmosphere, and I was happy with how everything was handled. It was quick and easy, which just made life simple. Very pleased.

The process was pretty smooth overall. The Isuzu D-Max has been great. John at Vansco was helpful, and even though Vansco is a bit of a trek from where I live, if someone I know asked me about a vehicle there, I would definitely recommend them.

Since purchasing the Ford Edge back in March, it has been running well and not had any issues. Whilst I was at Vansco on the day, it was all pretty good. I'm still waiting for the handbook, which is the reason I have not given it full marks.

Other than the engine management light being on due to a sensor issue which they are in the process of resolving for me, the Ford Focus has been okay, and John, who I dealt with on the day, was good.

Getting on absolutely fine with the Nissan Navara, and the guys at Vansco were good as gold. Would recommend them to others.

All good so far with the BMW Gran Coupe, I only started driving it yesterday. John there was really nice, provided me with all the information regarding the car.
