I have Delt with Jason the salesman at Eastleigh and he has been brilliant the whole time. Jason and His manager Ben help arrange for the van to be sign written and Free delivery all within 1 week.

We are very happy with the vehicle we bought from VANSCO and Lee Wright made sure that all improvements to the vehicle that we discussed, were carried out to a very good standard. He was quick to respond to all the queries we put to him. Lee was professional throughout the transaction.

Service light reset without the service being carried out - confirmed that the old oil filters were in the van. A service being carried out was part of the deal.
Vinyl removed by steam cleaner and not machine polished afterwards as agreed and paid for.
Roof being damaged by the removal process with all panels dented on the roof.
Instructions not followed on preparation of the van.
Promised valet not carried out and interior of the van absolutely filthy.
Lack of feedback / contact during the purchasing process with no ownership taken by vansco of the process.
Despite several emails being sent, received and read (email tracking) no response by the salesman and no calls returned.

This is the second van I have had from vansco and as promised van was delivered on time as promised fully serviced and spotlessly clean great price on old van if ya want a great deal speak to George he’s a great guy.

Just bought a transit to convert to a camper. Van needed a lot of work but my budget was tight and Vansco got it ready for me just as they said they would and it looked amazing when finished. They gave it a new mot, service and did all the paintwork and I couldn't be happier. Now looking forward to converting it and going on holiday. I would recommend Vansco.

Bought a van 15k it was supposed to be all done perfect before delivery ie minor scratches and dents removed and fully valeted well got the van with some dents not removed because I never saw them when I paid my deposit but as the van was so dirty I could not have notice them they should have just sorted it without me having to point them out. I took the van as I needed it with a promise it will be sorted now they are saying I will pass it on to management. I also have no manuals or spare key or service book the high security locks have no key this is one reason I bought the van no jack or wrench The cab stinks off tobacco which was initially masked by chemicals they used to clean dash the headlining is dirty, they also have a spoiler which I supplied for them to fit this was not done either and they still have it. All in all a very poor service I would avoid this company as they promised everything and did not deliver. Now I will take then to court to recover cost of missing items and to rectify what should have been done.

Bought a low mileage Mercedes sprinter from them and was initially very pleased, I have had the vehicle converted inside to incorporate a workshop for me to use whilst carrying out my business so it has had very limited use in the 11 months I had had the van, I took it for its mot and had some very poorly repaired damage that was only visible from the underside and is going to cost nearly £2k to get repaired. Vansco won't answer any emails and the finance company Blue Motor finance are just as bad. Very disappointed as went to a dealer to ensure I had something to fall back on if things went wrong. So much for that, the matter has now been passed to the trading standards etc so will wait to so what that brings.
