The Ford Transit is all good, Rodney was helpful throughout. He sorted a service light that came on after the purchase as well.

I do really like the van, although when I went to collect the van, it was not ready, and there were a few issues with the van. There was no spare key with the vehicle, which I have just received now. Other than that, Rodney was great on the day.

My experience with VansCo was alright, the only issue we had was with the after care and the warranty side of things which could have been a bit better. On the whole, the van was presented well, the staff were decent guys and friendly to speak to.

Someone recommended VansCo to me. I went to pick it up and it was all clean. I will say that there is a leak in the roof that I need to call VansCo about but other than that it was good. Good experience and good behaviour.

The only little thing was because we bought it over Christmas the waiting time to pick the van up was a little bit long, but apart from that everything went well, can’t really fault them.

I was in need of an upgrade, so I bought a Ford Transit Custom. It has been running well since the purchase, and the customer service was top notch, and I'd recommend the dealership to others.

Everything has been okay so far. I have had a couple of issues with the van, and they have been sorted out fairly fast. Once it got delivered it had come with a 70 miles limiter and I just called up and it got fixed quickly. Not too much problems so I can’t complain. I had a look at the Ford in person and spoke to Rodney on the phone, he gave me a video of the van, he was always available for a chat or call to talk through and discuss.
