I bought a Transit van in Dec 2024 and was told i would be picked up from the train station. Instead I was left outside a cold train station for 40minutes. When i picked up the van, it had no logbook which i was not informed about. The owner of the company swore she would post off to the DVLA for a new logbook. She never did and instead went on holidays leaving me to visit the DVLA directly to sort out the issue. It caused me endless problems and I had to SORN the van for 3 weeks. I was informed that i had a 3 month warranty on the van yet when the steering broke just 2 months after purchase I was informed the warranty didn’t cover it. ( I was never given any info on what was covered). So I warn anyone not to deal with this company.

Afternoon Paulo, I am disappointed that you have not contacted us directly to advise that you have encountered an issue with your vehicle. You have not given us any opportunity to assist. The 3 month warranty was issued to you by email, and I assume that you must have received this as you have alluded that you have made a claim for an issue with the steering. I was not on site when you came to collect the vehicle and at no point prior to this, had you advised that you were waiting at the station for a period of time. Nevertheless, we did collect you. You were aware of the situation with the log book, and we offered to provide you with a refund for the vehicle if you were not happy with this. Instead you declined this offer and demanded that we refund you some money as you wanted to keep the vehicle. You were fully aware of the time it would take for the log book to be issued because you visited the DVLA yourself. The V62 is the form that needed to be submitted to the DVLA, which again you were aware of and said you would complete yourself. You were also aware that I was on annual leave over the Christmas period, however we dealt with your queries as quickly as possible. Please do contact me regarding the issue you have had with the vehicle and I can look to speak with the warranty company to get this resolved.
I have only dealt with this company once, and to be honest , never again. I bought this van as it was a clean looking van and it was automatic which is what I was looking for, when I asked the young lady about the van she told me it was looked after because it was a x aa van , so obviously I’m thinking all the services it needed was done, but when sent the service report I find out it has not had the wet belt changed, and it should have been changed at 100, 000 miles , but it is on 134,000 miles and it hasn’t been changed , contacted the warranty company to be told that wouldn’t warranty the timing belt as it wasn’t done in the time span it should have been done on , I then rung the young lady again and asked if she had a service report that they themselves done before they sold the vehicle, she sent me a service (oil change ) I wouldn’t of thought that was a service , the belt has now got to be changed by myself for another £1200 , the offered to do it for £950 , I’ve only had the van for about 4x5 weeks and I would have thought they would have offered to pay for this as it’s not my fault , I am trying to get legal advice on this , but unfortunately I’ve got to pay £1200 today as I couldn’t take the chance of the timing belt going.

Just picked up a van from Vantadtic. From looking at the van last week to collecting the van today the service and communication we had from them was 5 star.Nothing was to much trouble and everything we asked about was delt with without issue.would certainly buy from them again .

Don't bother. Will not help when things go wrong
Terrible service. No duty re consumer rights. Van brokers down 20 mins after leaving the garage. He made us pay for tow truck leaving heavily pregnant lady stranded with a small child. Then he wants to charge for the work undertaken and storage- Best bit though the can still does not work - they can't fix it. Finally refusing v5. Never risk purchasing from such a seller with low standards and mirals

Dear Jacqueline, I recall speaking with you when you first purchased this vehicle, we were on the phone for a period of time. This vehicle was not purchased from Vantastic UK in Chertsey, I beleive the company was Vantastic Vans based in High Wycombe. Our company provide a 3 month warranty with all our vehicles, which includes roadside assistance. Furthermore, it would have been myself, Donna, that you would have dealt with when pruchasing the vehicle, however I beleive it was a man that you liased with througout.
Stay clear,they are cheap for a reason,just spent out on repairs as they never reply to e mail or calls once things go wrong..should be called vanrubbish and not allowed to trade.save your money there are plenty of honourable van dealers in london

I purchased an £8100 loloader van from Vantastic UK and after 3 weeks of very light use I put 700kg of weight on and the van bowed and bent in the middle. It was obvious the chassis was cracked/bent but when I told them they immediately denied any knowledge or responsibility and said I must have done it. This matter is now in the hands of solicitors as they bought the van empty, sold it to me empty and then tell me that the mot station would have checked every inch of the van which they certainly don’t and when I said to them the only way the damage would have been noticed is if the van had been loaded..which it wasn’t. They then proceed to offer me only 2/3rds of what I had paid as they say the few thousand miles I put on the van would have brought the price of the van down, just unbelievably bad after service from them and obviously any warranty they say they give you is not worth the paper it is written on. All I can say is steer clear of them because when they have your hard earned money and anything happens to the vehicle they have sold you they will deny any responsibility. I know that my impending day in court with them will cost me time and money but I would hope to get this back with the full cost of my van as I have a van that is definately not fit for use and whether or not they knew it should still not be my problem. I don’t want to leave even one star but the system won’t allow zero!!
We bought a van from Vantastic a couple of months ago and within days needed a new tyre as one was completely bald. The seller said any issues and contact him, not to just leave a review. The brakes are squealing, a warning light is saying oil change required when we were told it had just been done, a plastic part of the driver seat which we’d been told had been repaired is off again. We’ve called and left messages which aren’t returned, texts which aren’t replied to and emailed which are ignored. Wouldn’t buy from them again.
