I bought my Audi A3 from Veloce Autos on the 6th October for £8300. The weather was awful the day we went to see the car; I had a quick scan at the overall body work. At the time it all seemed fine; the bodywork was a little bit dirty, but definitely not valeted (internally or externally). The seller offered a discount of £200 as a good will gesture. At the time of the viewing he seemed like a very genuine young man, so I went ahead with the purchase. He stated that he offered a 6 months warranty for a piece of mind. When I had the car valeted the next day I discovered that the front bumper had lacquered peel all over it. It has become apparent why the bodywork was dirty in the first place. I rang seller several times that day but no answer. Eventually I got through to the seller, I told him about the lacquered peel and sent him a few pictures showing the extent of the problem. However, he claimed the car was in mint and that it was checked over by his mechanic before going on sale. After a long conversation he assured me that he’ll get back to me once he had spoken to the mechanic. Obviously I didn’t hear from him at that day; I rang him several times since, most of the time he doesn’t pick up the phone. I eventually got through after trying every day, and he told me that he’d arrange for me to bring the car in for a re-spray after the half-term holiday (at the end of the month); however, to this day still waiting for him to call me with a date. I thought I would give the seller the benefit of the doubt and hope he would follow through to resolve this matter before I leave a review. It’s now been a month since the purchase and I haven’t hear from him; I feel that have been deceit by a garage where the seller seemed sincere during the sale process. I feel deeply distressed by this matter, Your website is full of prestige cars and £8300 might not seem a lot of money to you but for me it’s everything. More importantly I will need to spend more money for the dumper re-spray. I urge perspective buyers to think twice about purchasing a car from this seller. In hind sight I should have taken on board of previous the reviews too!

I purchased a Porsche Panamera from Veloce Autos, very happy with the car unfortunately the waterpump did fail about 4 months after purchasing the car luckily the extended warranty covered the part and labour. this did not put me off purchasing from Veloce autos as the service delivered by them is outstanding. would recommend to family and friends.
I have brought a BMW from Veloce Autos said that full service was done on the car and that there wasn’t any problems. A problem has occurred with the car, the company is not picking up the phone and are not willing to help, I have been calling them for the past 2 months and the only reply I receive is tomorrow.The repair that the garage is costing me £1500. And the car needs further adjustments and fixing. I am not have with this company and the customer service is poor.
I have been buying cars from Veloce Autos since 2013. My first purchase was Mercedes-Benz C180 Sports Plus AMG. Very pretty car and was very happy with it. It was initially for my Wife. The price was fantastic aswell, nearly £3000 cheaper then the next one on Autotrader. All cars I have purchased From Veloce Autos have had Finance. Therefore, every aspect of the vehicle has to be checked prior to purchase. HPI cleat, Mileage, MOT, Etc. All cars were 100% which gives me peace of mind whenever I pop in to See Veloce Autos. After having the Mercedes C180, i then Swapped it in for the latest shape C200. Again, Fantastic Looking Car, Very Clean, Good Mileage, No Bangs, Knocks, scratches, or sign of any Wear. Also, £2000 cheaper then the next one available on autotrader. Which is absolutely the reason why I upgraded my C180. Getting the New shape Mercedes for a very reasonable price. After The C200, I then decided to Treat myself for a BMW 640d Convertible. Again beautiful car and Very Very Powerful. No scratches, or sign of wear, HPI Clear, Fresh 12 Months MOT and No advisory’s. Convertible for the few days of summer, Roof worked perfectly. No issues with it all. Wife wasn’t allowed to drive it at first, however due to a change of job, She drove it more then I did. Again, A very pretty and powerful car. All History was from BMW, all available printed out for me. 2 Keys as always and a lovely price. Cheaper then the next one available by £1500. And mine had soft closure doors, comfort access and keyless go. Keyless entry, adaptive headlights etc. Great Spec. And as of now, I have changed the 640d for Mercedes-Benz SL350. A beautiful car, with full Mercedes History, 2 keys, HPI Clear, fresh 12 Months MOT, no advisorys, full tank of fuel, professionally valeted before collected and polished too. Great looking car, very powerful. No scratches, no bangs, knocks, etc. Not even a single mark on any of the wheels. Absolutely immaculate car. Price was £2000 cheaper then the next available. Also a very rare colour combination. All in all, all cars I have purchased have been free of any hassle for me. No Hidden Agendas or Issues. No Nasty Surprises. Full Service history on all cars, always had 2 keys with each car. All of them HPI clear. All of them worked like a dream and because of the way I am treated when I go to see my next car, I am delighted to upgrade my car with Veloce autos. Always book your appointment in advance, and always be honest with the price you have in mind prior to going to see the car. Fahad is very helpful and does his best to accommodate you with the price. I would definitely recommend Veloce Autos to family and friends and I already have. 2 of my work colleagues have purchased from Veloce Autos and I received £50 cash each time! Great Stuff and Very happy with the Service! LONG LIVE VELOCE!!!!

I bought a BMW from here in February. The car was supposed to have full service history and there were issues with the V5. The dealers really have not don't much at all to help. I have had no mechanical issues with the car but I would not recommend this dealership.

many thanks for your review, apologies the process was not explained in detail, the log book is managed by DVLA who will send you new documentation, the history on newer cars like yours are based online, you should have received a login for you to view any history data, the printout we supplied is form BMW themselves. if any confusion, please call us.
