The sale was quick and simple just how I like it, I can't comment on their after sales as the car has been perfect and I've had no reason to go back to them. In my brief interactions with the dealership they were nice people, there was no up selling or pressure to buy which can really put me off.

The first time I went in to look at the car I dealt with the owner who was good and everything went fine. The second time I went to pick up the car the lad I dealt with wasn't so great, generally disorganised and unprofessional, there was a few bits missing which I had to chase up.

Vicarage car sales have been unprofessional and unreliable. The windscreen washers were never working which is odd as they had apparently MOT'd the car before sale and that would surely have caused a fail. The back passenger door was also faulty and having informed them of these issues they haven't been in contact in over a month.

I was very happy with the relaxed approach Vicarage Car Sales had, in the past I've had dealerships try hassle me into buying but I was able to browse in my own time and inspect the cars without anybody breathing down my neck. The staff were friendly and there to provide help if I asked for it, I was very impressed.
