Victor Woods are advertising and have been for a long time .. a 1.7L Kia Sportage … Stating it has done 63k miles … but the photo's of dash clearly show it has done 70 plus Thousand !! I phoned to see if price was accurate due to wrong mileage, I was assured some one would come back to me the following day .. that was two weeks ago … I did receive a feedback form (so they cant say they lost my contact details can they) which I completed with negative feedback .. yet they STILL have not come back to me .. Business must be good … I was assured it was a typo and that they were not trying to mislead anyone .. But that same advert is still on their website & Gumtree … Would this encourage me to look here again … not a chance … My money has been spent elsewhere … I suggest you do the same … :-( Their current rating of 3 stars is rather embarrassing for the 1st UK Kia dealer !! and until they take their heads out of the sand it wont improve ..

Ordered a car in January, advised delivery beginning of March. I phoned beginning of Feb to get update, and a registration number so I could get insurance quotes. Was advised that they wanted to check on the computer for update. Would call back. They never called back. This happened at least 6 times. The final straw was when I spoke to the boss. He was phoning KIA, and would phone back in 2 hours. Guess what......,he never called back. He is a liar, and very good at it because most of his staff do it as well !! Even now, after they returned the deposit I paid, I don’t know what or why they never called back. I suspect they made an error regarding delivery dates, and decided not to call me back to deliver the news! The glibly spoken picked up the phone on one particular occasion and told me to phone by the middle of next week when I would be able to pick my own 2020 registration number. Of course this never happened,, If you want decent customer service go elsewhere.

My new Kia proceed has broken down 3 times in 6 months and victor woods of grantham were given several days to fix it but failed...now they wont give me a curtesy car so I can still get to work while its fixed ( they say its needed for days). They said its up kia to decide to give me a car, which kia has said yes if I pay £100 to the car hire company that they use! Im paying enough £390 a month for the car that keeps letting me down. Im not impressed at all with the attitude im experiencing after sale from this dealership.

Went to a few garages in Grantham looking for a car for my wife and really found it hard to get sense out of some dealers until I called in Victor Wood of Grantham. The staff couldn't do enough and it was a "Breath of fresh air" to put it mildly. 100% satisfied customer here, keep up the good work.
Paid up front for brand new Venga on Saturday it was dirty on trim, 19 miles on clock and chip out of wind screen. Told it would be fixed by Monday no call on Monday three calls by us Tuesday. Wednesday still not sorted & no idea when it will be sorted.Do not buy a car from this dealer and pay up front any problems and they do not want to know!

Is it not feesable that a dealership that drives there car around the premises once off a delivery truck didn't pick up the stone chip. But in fact you did, perhaps driving on a national speed limit road home for example... Sounds like an unfair comment. And I'm not sure how you can't pay for something before you receive it...
Was going to Grantham Caravans open day close by, however due to shocking weather and having a Kia Ceed we decided to have a look at Victor Woods and we found a car I liked. Went in showroom and met one of the nicest salesman I have seen. He was not pushy, answered all my questions and was a very good deal. Victors Woods is a pleasant garage to deal with.
