Certainly live up to their good reputation. I had looked for a Nissan Elgrand for several months, and people kept telling me about Vine Place. I didn't want a camper converted van, and had thought that was all they sold. I was wrong, and pleasantly surprised to find many Japanese imports in stock on their website, with clear photos and comprehensive details. I was able to reserve the one online that caught my eye, and seemed to exactly be what I needed. I paid a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I could visit the dealership. (Payment is refundable if later deciding not to purchase.) I booked my appointment, and didn't feel hurried or pressurised at all. Did ask them a lot of questions, which meant I was able to make an informed decision when I was ready. The staff at Vine Place are welcoming, helpful, and sincere, and also very knowledgable. I now know why people had been telling me for months, "There is ONLY really one 'go to' dealer for Japanese imports in the UK, and that is Dave Rowe at Vine Place in Wingate." I fully recommend Dave, and his excellent crew.

I went to have a look at a Nissan Elgrand there was no pressure let me have a test drive and left me to look and answered any questions I had. I then put a deposit down and also had a couple of extras fitted 🙂 there was no problem at all I now have a car that is 18 years old and it’s looks brand new all staff were so helpful.
