Absolutely great dealership, I would definitely return in the future. The reasons for this is that as soon as you walk in the dealership it is so very welcoming, the lads in there seem so proud of there cars they have for sale, along with this they are very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me make the most informed decision. I purchased a Vauxhall Astra in the end and the car has been fab for me. No problems at all.

Avoidable for them and regrettable for me. I wanted to downsize and traded in a solid reliable car for what I'd hoped was a smaller cheaper equivalent, with a credit paid to me by BACS for the difference. A day after driving it away I encountered issues when starting from cold and after reading some other reviews, I paid my local (trusted) garage for an independent inspection who said it was potentially "beyond economical repair" due to engine issues. I explained the issue and I requested the return of the vehicle I'd traded in and rejection of the faulty vehicle on the 3rd day. I was told that this wasn't possible as apparently the car I had traded in had a deposit against it. As far as they were concerned, the only route forward would be for the returned vehicle to be formally inspected for the fault confirmed by an independent workshop, which I thought was odd instead of just replicating my issues from cold, but had little choice but to cooperate for what should've been a straightforward refund, or so I thought..... Six days later they agreed regarding the fault and promised a refund within 28 days from that day, and by business cheque, which is apparently their policy for refunds. I questioned this policy as it contravenes the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (section 45 ) on three counts that refunds should be paid; without undue delay; within 14 days starting from the day that agreement on the refund was reached; by the same means as the initial payment. I pointed this out and even sent them the link to the clause, yet their consistent response is that their "owners ruling is final", implying that they feel that their in-house policy seems to supersede the law? I received a refund on the 28th day, 34 days after I returned the vehicle, however, I very much hope Vision Motors Direct change their approach and do the right thing both legally and ethically for their future customers. My experience was regrettable and from their part, completely avoidable if they showed any respect for their products, customers and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. NB - I have never received an apology for the delay nor the impact to my life without a car nor the funds to replace - The car I returned was been back up for sale a day after I returned it, after disappearing as soon as I paid my 'refundable deposit' - They did offer a replacement vehicle when mine was returned, provided I chose to replace as oppose to reject. I very much chose to reject. - They did come back to me over 2 weeks after the return of the trade-in vehicle was firmly ruled out, to say that they were then willing to return this, which was rejected at this point as trust had been diminished. All of the information referred to is recorded within written correspondence (emails and recorded delivery letters) between myself and Vision Motors Direct. I wouldn't choose to purchase from here again.

Dear David. Thank you for your time to leave a review whether positive or negative. I have read this and must advise on some of the points raised. The vehicle you traded in did indeed have a deposit and a finance application pending on it. The moment the finance was declined you were offered the car back as long as you could refund us the cash back you had taken as part of the deal. When this was offered you did not want to pursue this option and wanted to wait for a refund. The refund was taking place over the Christmas period and accounts were off and only myself and salesman were in until the new year. You were refunded in the new year in the form of a business cheque which clears the day after presenting it to the bank. The vehicle you purchased did not have a problem beyond economic repair but ended up having a slight miss fire on an injector from cold and has now been rectified. As a business we wish you all the best going forward and hope you find a new car soon.

The faults and refund were agreed on December 6th. To excuse the 28 day delay because of Christmas is ridiculous, furthermore this wasn't mentioned to justify the unreasonable delay in any of our conversations where I challenged your stance.

I was a bit nervous buying my second car after having a bad experience with my first one. I couldn't be any more wrong. Vision Motors were very good in fact. Car I chose had to be moved between branches and I have received regular update about it. Once it got to buying itself the car was in a prestine condition and the sale representative was very knowledgeable, made sure everything is processed right and adviced me what I need to do myself. I had a great experience.

I've not had much time to drive my Vauxhall Insignia since I purchased it in October, as I prefer to ride motor bikes but with the weather getting worse, I'm sure I’ll find myself putting some miles on the car. I'm an easy customer, so I knew what I wanted before going into the showroom but James pushed all the paperwork through very quickly and the car was ready two days later, which was a day earlier than I was ready to collect so it was nice that I didn't have to wait around.

Everything is perfect with the car. I purchased it back in August, so It has had a good run around and I have done plenty of long trips in the car. August seems like a long time ago now, but it was James who looked after me and my wife, from what I can remember it was 5* service from him. He helped to answer any of my questions, let us test drive the car and pushed all the paperwork through quickly. When I went to collect the car, it was beautifully presented and to a very high standard and the wife is happy so I can't fault the team.

The team were very friendly, the car was very well presented. I did have a few minor things I've had to resolve since driving it away, such as adding oil to the car as it only 1litre of oil in the car when I picked it up.

I've had my Honda Jazz since August, the car has been great, I've had no issues with it yet. I previously had a 2003 Honda Jazz, so I knew that they were a reliable car. I'm still getting use to all the new gadgets that come along with a newer model but I'm absolutely loving it and the transition wasn't too much for me, as the car drives virtually the same.
