I've not had much time to drive my Vauxhall Insignia since I purchased it in October, as I prefer to ride motor bikes but with the weather getting worse, I'm sure I’ll find myself putting some miles on the car. I'm an easy customer, so I knew what I wanted before going into the showroom but James pushed all the paperwork through very quickly and the car was ready two days later, which was a day earlier than I was ready to collect so it was nice that I didn't have to wait around.

Everything is perfect with the car. I purchased it back in August, so It has had a good run around and I have done plenty of long trips in the car. August seems like a long time ago now, but it was James who looked after me and my wife, from what I can remember it was 5* service from him. He helped to answer any of my questions, let us test drive the car and pushed all the paperwork through quickly. When I went to collect the car, it was beautifully presented and to a very high standard and the wife is happy so I can't fault the team.

After visiting Vision Motors I left feeling well reassured with purchasing a second hand car. I didn't get chance to test drive the car, but it was offered to me. Since driving away I've had no issues with the car. I've only given 4* as it would take a lot for me to give 5 stars to anyone.

The team were very friendly, the car was very well presented. I did have a few minor things I've had to resolve since driving it away, such as adding oil to the car as it only 1litre of oil in the car when I picked it up.

I've had my Honda Jazz since August, the car has been great, I've had no issues with it yet. I previously had a 2003 Honda Jazz, so I knew that they were a reliable car. I'm still getting use to all the new gadgets that come along with a newer model but I'm absolutely loving it and the transition wasn't too much for me, as the car drives virtually the same.

The car is running fine, I have had no issues with it so far. I can't remember who looked after me when I purchased my VM CC as it was back in August, but they made it very easy.

If you want a stress-free, no hassle service I would recommend visiting this dealership. It was my first time buying a car and Omar was very welcoming and professional in every sense of the word. I've purchased a car from here previously and as soon as I was in the market for another car, I didn't hesitate to buy my next car from here. Wendy was amazing and very knowledgeable.
