Following a breakdown on A1 whilst en route from Dorset to Cambridgeshire after I mistakenly put diesel into our petrol Seat Arona the customer service I received from Joe Duncan and Mike Godding and his team of technicians was nothing short of exceptional. Joe initially arranged for my vehicle to be recovered to the St Albans SEAT dealership arriving just before 4pm. On arrival Mike and Joe and their superstars went to work and performed a miracle getting back on the road road in less than an hour and a half. At one point I thought I had the Ferrari pit team working on the vehicle such was their dedication and professionalism to the cause. What more can I say other than a huge “thank you” to all involved.

I've taken our Seat Leon to WM Couper a number of times throughout or ownership of it and the team have always been amazing, providing great service each visit. Also great to meet some fellow car enthusiasts!
I had my car booked in for MOT and service today at WM Couper and found the people I dealt with both pleasant and efficient. What a good idea that you can follow your car’s progress on your phone. I was very pleased that it was all finished by early afternoon. Thank you.

Took a vehicle in for warranty issues and was told to book in for a different date. Booked a different date and arranged to have a courtesy car. Dropped off the car at midday the day before and collected courtesy car which we insured. Received a call at 16:30 saying that we must return the courtesy car by 17:30 as it was booked out the next day and our issues had now been diagnosed and the part was coming in the next day. When I queried this as we had arranged for to have the courtesy car until the vehicle was repaired they had the cheek to say it was it was only insured for one day even though we had insured it! We bent over backwards to get it back to them the next morning only to be told that the part hadn't come in but we still had to take our car back! They wouldn't entertain extending the courtesy car! When I complained to the in-store manager he walked on saying he was busy!!! This was a warranty repair for a car less than a year old! Terrible customer service! Do not use! Surprised they still are dealers for Hyundai and SEAT as they are damaging their brand!
