I purchased a brand new Ford Focus from WRDavies in Llangefni just four months ago, and the entire experience has been nothing short of shocking from start to finish. What should have been an exciting new car purchase has turned into a nightmare of miscommunication, defects, and unresponsive service. First off, the car arrived without the features I specifically requested and discussed during the sales process,The dealership claims they explained that these features weren't included but that's simply not true – no such explanation was given, and I feel misled right from the beginning. On the day I picked up the brand new vehicle, I noticed the rear light was already scratched The staff took photos and assured me it would be sorted, but here we are months later, and I'm still waiting for them to get in touch to arrange to sort and fix it. No updates, no follow-up nothing. Now to add insult to injury, the electric motor on the driver's seat has completely broken This makes it impossible for my partner to drive safely as she cant reach the pedals. Ford Assist told me the car is "safe to drive," but that's ridiculous given the issue. When I contacted WRDavies Llangefni about this, they said they don't have a courtesy car available, leaving me stranded without a reliable vehicle with having to attend work and having small children. Throughout all of this, the service has been abysmal. I've had to do all the chasing endless phone calls and emails on my end, with zero proactive communication from them. I've left two voicemails for the sales manager asking for a call back, and I've heard absolutely nothing. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend WRDavies Llangefni to anyone. If you're considering buying a car here, think twice the lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable for a dealership selling new vehicles. I'm deeply disappointed and totally regret my purchase. If thinking about buying a new vehicle or a second hand one I would definitely recommend going somewhere else to avoid disappointment and the hassle.

despite lockdown i had a very pleasant experience buying online a ford fiesta on 3/2/21 and found WRDAVIES and the salesman Aled Williams could not have done more to alleviate my worries of buying the car online. The car was even better condition than I expected and the handover was fast and efficient. Thanks to Aled and all the rest of the staff Kathryn and Steve Williams

Told to bring car in as over weekend had a serious electrical failiure drove 50 miles!! and told you'll have to bring it back when we can book it in i held firm and he agreed to have car there and would update me. This didnt happen. I was given a date of today to look at car issues I have raised in person and via 3 emails (none of which had a reply) the service advisor was very arrogant and clearly not bothered. I went to collect car today as they couldnt find anything wrong with car funny because RAC did and the fact I nearly had a major smash did aswell. I checked car and suprise suprise 2 of my complaints which were very obvious hadn't been fixed. I have taken car today and started rejection process as the car clearly has issues with safety but WR Davies are incompetent and clearly the man I logged jobs with clearly didnt do his job properly had he then we may of gotten somewhere today. The guy I dealt with today got the brunt of my anger which want fair as he was great however if you are told to look into specific!! Faults they should be recorded a mechanic doesn't have a crystal ball

I was NOT impressed by the service given to me last month. Took my 2010 KUGA for a diagnostic check, as warning light was on. They charged me for 45 mins check - £80 + vat. To inform me by (Mr Lee) That I needed a new DPF and fuel vaporiser total cost £1600 + vat.... I was taken aback by the result and was not convinced, seeking a 2nd opinion. They insisted that their IDS checks were 100% correct... A garage in Llandudno looked at my car, and stated what I required was NOT a DPF or a fuel vapouriser, What was needed was a full REGEN... This job cost me some £400. ( 25% of the amount quoted by Llangefni.) So I was RIPPED OFF by WR Davies Llangefni, Customers BEWARE ..... cannot be trusted.. STAY WELL AWAY ........

I bought a 10 plate Ford Focus in April 2016 found the sales man very helpful & easy to deal with as I lived 60 miles from the dealership they arranged for the car to be delivered to me at home which I thought was a good The car needed a bit of paint on the bottom sill & that was pointed out to me & sorted the as been a problem with the DAB radio but they have agreed to replace it as it is not a factory fitted radio but a after sales product & last the battery on the car died after 10 weeks & it was no trouble for them to have it changed at my local Ford dealership I would use this dealership again & if all W R Davies dealerships are the same you can't go wrong with them
