I had an accident on June 10th 2021van got written off by insurance company, I needed to find another van rang round dealers no one had a van then got a call from this company they had found a Peugeot partner van I detest the sight of peugeot vehicles told the sales man he had 6 weeks to find a Vauxhall van as the peugeot wasnt to the specifications I wanted no side doors no bulk head only thing they got right was single front seats ,drivers seat wadnt correct one as it was fixed passenger seat couldnt be moved asked for the 6 way adjustable seat got told it would cost £2700 I asked for my money back (cash sale )only to be told that wasnt possible that that ,I asked 6 times for a refund from June 17th 2021 till May 2022 ,in the mean time I found out that WALKEES OF WORKSOP had been dissolved on the 7th of September 2021 after being in administration since 2013 ,I was informed by Peugeot that the dealership should not have bern selling commercial vehicles if in administration, the van was found on a fore court of a bankrupt dealership in Gatwick ,I got a call from the salesman asking for £250 payment for the fluids (coolant,washer ,engine oil ,brake )before I could have the van I asked how the hell it had been loaded on to the transporter with out oil got answer havk it wouldn't harm it ,obviously did as the engine was knackered ,could not get more than 1800brrvs out of the engine ,I complained about the van at least a dozen times it fell on deaf ears still waiting from their "dealer principle" BEN with the beard to wether I will get a refund ,wad always told by my uncle (a car dealer)never trust a sales man with a beard they are crooked just proves it
Short story, took a test drive in a 2019 Peugeot from this embarrassment of a car dealer. Whilst driving on the A19 there was a loud bang and the rear nearside wheel shot past us into the verge. The car slewed and scraped into the side of the road coming to a stop half on and half off the road, leaving us very shocked and shaken up. The wheel nuts on the offending wheel had not been tightened properly. Two days later after Walkers had investigated, got a call from the general manager to say that a wheel refurbishment company they use had admitted the negligence. He would not offer any sort of compensation even though it was their vehicle that they had let us drive in a dangerous condition and intimated we should take it up with the wheel company.The management of this company are a disgrace. No consideration whatsoever was given to what they had put us through, my wife being unable to sleep or drive our car for days afterward. We could have been killed. I urge anyone to read the many negative reviews about this company before using them. I wish I had ! Buy a used car from them at your peril.
Went in today to test drive a car. The salesman on duty (dark hair, glasses) was awful. Maybe because I wasn’t dressed smartly but that doesn’t mean I have no money or give you the right to look down on anyone. Strange how someone with no people skills at all can get a job in that profession. Weird and awkward experience but luckily I bought a car in the next garage I went to with a very warm and welcoming salesman.
There is zero customer service if you have a fault with your car. They just take your only and the. You have to continually chase them … I’m still awaiting resolution to issues after buying my car in January. They have fobbed me off and used delay tactics since then. Please avoid… wish I had.

Took my 2008 in for a service on the 3year plan travelled 56 mile got there for 9.30 am asked the girl on reception if we could have it back for early afternoon she didn’t look interested or appear helpful got no phone call off them so made our way back after being in town 6 hours when we got there it hadn’t even gone in!!!!! So all in all our day took 10 hours the service only takes 45 mins for a interim dreading next year as we have to come back here again 😞unhelpful to say the least
I have had my 3008 serviced here twice and this is the second time I come out to my car to find that there is no oil in the car as it's all over my drive again. So now I have to borrow a car to get to work. I will not be having anything done by these muppets again and I would advise anyone else to look to a different garage

I bought a faulty car from this incompetent dealership. Absolutely shocking customer service, infact it’s non existent! I only had the car for 2 weeks in which it needed a brand new gear box (Walkers couldn’t find a fault with it so had to send it to another garage) It took over 3 months to get a partial refund for the car, were still waiting for the rest!! Ive rang the garage over 40 times during this period with promised call backs from senior management that I’ve never once received. My emails were ignored and the managers were in ‘meetings’ every time I rang. You only have to read the reviews on here and Facebook etc to see that this happens to most people. I only wish I’d have done that before getting involved with them!

Second time customer but never again shocking service in fact no service just pay lip service to buyer never return phone calls. I have had over 30 cars or more in my time and this is the worst company ever i have had dealings with never never again-------

Vauxhall Customer Care Department came in a close second to Walkers Motor Group for unrivalled levels of incompetency and insincerity it has to be said. For the record both pay lip service in preference to customer service and both serve as reasons why not to own a Vauxhall.

AVOID!!! After buying a car in April no power in car 4 months after. Sold a car they didnt check thoroughly my daughter cut her hand on something the first time she got in. Had it checked at a garage they found other issues that is not covered by warranty which they would have known about. I am out of a car for a month and spent £320.00 on taxis alone. I have been calling after sales manager but she seems to apparently be on constant meetings.. I have sent detailed email from garage however no reply from her yet still awaiting for her to call back. I will be putting in a formal complaint.. their main priority needs to be the customers and the quality of their goods however they seem to not care about either!! Disgusted by them really! Dont have anything good to say as they have not dealt with any of the problems I have told them. This is a joke! I can't leave a review without leaving stars below
