I was interested in car at warmsley trade centre and checked the mot history and found that some advisory faults needed doing. I asked them to do a service of the car before I paid for the car, the car on collection was not serviced and the sales Pearson was telling it had been serviced when it had not been serviced. I recommend that they are not trustworthy to buy a car from.

Total rip off and disregard for customer service. Liars fraudsters fake MOTs
Avoid like a plague!!! Bought a purple citroen ds3. Came to collect the car on Friday, which was not ready! They sold me a car that's not legally roadworthy. They have run their own mot test but I question it? The rear indicator bulb is not working, which could cause a road accident or other consequences. And that's a straight fail! Yet they suggest me to drive the car back to exchange the bulb. Also the tyres are worn close to the legal limit, which came up TWICE on the mot as advisory (since 2019) as well as break discs, so how come they haven't come up now? The thread must have magically grown over time. I was advised by an acquaintance, who works for a motor industry, that they will last me max 3 months with the current thread. May as well sell me a car with no tyres! When I went to look at the car initialy, they agreed to sort the outstanding advisories out, which in my understanding is ACTUALLY repairing them, not just ask a mate at mot centre to pass it with no advisories. They also tried to charge me 100 pounds extra, which says it all really. Car cost was 5,895 and over night the price increased to 5,995! When questioned - I was told that it's the admin fee for insurance company? Which makes no sense if someone is paying cash? When you look at the breakdown of insurance the admin fee is 340 pounds already included! All lies. When i complained, they were not willing to fix any of those problems or provide solution, were very defensive about it, repeating "you can return it back if you're not happy". Appaling customer service, not helpful at all. Once they got your money they no longer care. They also tried to sell me the car with no car mats, which were mentioned on the website, I had to ask them to provide me with mats, which were taken out a different car! Avoid them at all cost as they will take you for a ride, literally and metaphorically !!

Can you get in touch with me, they done same to me with a £20k jag and false mot
I drove 200 mile for a car when I arrived I had a good welcome ( but as I told Adam I was coming from south Wales they did not wash it there was plastic bottles in the boot along with a coat and cardboard I woud not recommend to any one poor show lads what a waste of time)
I bought a car from this company .I have only had the car 2 weeks and I took the car to my own mechanic only to be told the turbo is on its way out.I phoned them up to sort the problem out .I was told to send an email to them with an estimate for the work.My mechanic sent the estimate and I text and phoned them to see if they will authorise the work to go ahead. They said no.I had to get the work done by them.I said no as trust my mechanic of 25years experience to sort the problem out .I wouldn’t have any faith in Walmersley trade centre to sort the car out.I had a return call from a individual and he was rude and obnoxious.I have now decided to take the matter to trading standards to look into the company and also company house.I even paid for delivery and the vehicle was driven from Bury to North Wales with an other driver following .The vehicle should of been delivered on a transporter.I will never buy a car from them ever .Reading the reviews from others who have had a bad experience it says it all.The question is that they don’t honour the so called 3 months warranty you get with the vehicle.

James from Walmersley Trade Centre in response to Not to be trusted.
Good evening, I am sorry to hear we did not reach your expectations on this occasion. We here at Walmersley Trade Centre take customer service & Satisfaction very seriously and can re assure you we strive to help out with any issues our customers encounter and looking at the notes my Colleague Adam sent you a message offering a collection from your home address also offered you a courtesy vehicle whilst any repair needed and a re delivery of your vehicle. You still thought we was being unreasonable and only want the vehicle for your Mechanic to fix and we pay almost £900 bill without even giving us a chance to inspect the vehicle. How is that fair and you say the the individual was being rude he has offered you all the above but you are still not satisfied.
This is a message from the dvla website for the customers leaving us bad reviews during the pandemic for not receiving there V5 Document. The DVLA has warned motorists to expect continued long delays in some of its services as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. Since the start of lockdown, drivers have seen major delays in services such as obtaining new logbooks and licences, with many taking to social media to air their frustrations.

The worse place to buy a vehicle from. Got told the Car was fine but 2 days later the brakes were squeaking (had to pay £273 to fix), I paid £100 extra for MOT & Service but when I checked engine oil there was hardly anything in it. . I very much think the MOT was done by one your friends!! Corruption at its highest!! I called in 2 weeks later because I had been pulled by police for not being the registered owner. I called to say the logbook hasn’t arrived (he sounded like he couldn’t be bothered) he said he has just sent it off. Now 6 Weeks later it hasn’t arrived (NOT SURPRISED)!! I hope nobody has to go through what I had to with this dealership...TERRIBLE !!!

Adam from Walmersley Trade Centre in response to Stay Away!!!
Hi If you had any problems with the car or the service all you had to do is call us. I had tried to call you several times on your mobile but failed to get through, You got your partner to call us once about the logbook and we had told her that we had sent it off to the dvla. As far us accusing us of being corrupt and using friends for mot test I suggest you report your accusations to the relevant department so they can thoroughly investigate.

Absolutely fabulous service, would definitely recommend and purchase from here again. Adam is a pleasure to deal with.
WALMERSLEY TRADE CENTRE IS AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY. No regard or respect for the customer whatsoever. Paid a deposit on a vehicle on the 27th December and arranged to collect on 6th January. We scrapped our old car, insured the new one and purchased train tickets for the day of collection. Seems WTC are so desperate for money that they couldn't wait the further four days as agreed for us to collect, and sold the car to someone else on 2nd January. Of which we were not informed, only receiving a message at 11.35pm the night before we were due to collect stating the car was no longer available due to an 'issue'. Sensing that this was of course absolute rubbish, checked the gov website to see that V5 and tax issued on 2nd Jan. We were due to collect my daughter from her father's on our way back, I am back at work tomorrow after having taken the day off (unpaid!) to pick up, kids are back at school and we now have no car. Before they try and cover their selves by saying they offered a different vehicle, which they did, this was not even in stock yet, and a totally different make and model. We worked hard to save the money to purchase a new car and took a lot of time choosing one. I am so so sick of car dealers and dealerships thinking they can do whatever they like and get away with it. This will, and has, caused no end of issues for us. I will be contacting the Ombudsman and pursuing this through the court. Paying a deposit is a legally binding intention to purchase, and therefore MY vehicle should not have been sold on. Absolutely disgusted. Still awaiting refund of deposit plus cost of travel, which you would think they would do immediately at least! Utterly speechless.

We had never dealt with this customer this review was left on Facebook and the customer kindly removed it once she realised she did not deal with us, This site automatically copies to this site which now cant be removed.
Extremely disappointed and upset with the Ford Fiesta car I bought, the battery going flat from day one without apparent reason and Warmesley Car Dealership not taking any responsibility for it I wanted to return it within that first month back then, but I was never given any information about my rights as a customer even though the car was still clearly under guarantee and my request should have been acknowledged and accepted without any further discussion. However, instead of listening to and acting on my concerns , my repetitive requests were ignored and I was forced to change the battery in 2 occasions and keeping a car I was not happy about from the beginning. Added to this, the car has got an extremely lingering disgusting unbearable dog smell that does not go away with anything. This is still the case after a year and half even though I have tried everything to get rid of it. Issues still unresolved and ongoing - Legal actions to follow.

Adam Khan from Walmersley Trade Centre in response to STAY AWAY FROM WALMERSLEY TRADE CENTRE
Hi Eva, I am deeply shocked to see your comment after we had gone the extra mile with you...You was complaining about a weak battery on your fiesta after 1 year of ownership which I myself had supplied and fitted you at no cost I don't think many car sales garages out there would do that after 1 year you purchased a car, so I don't understand your above statement about Walmersley Trade Centre? Kindest regards Walmersley Trade Centre
