Everything has been fine with my car, so far, so good. 5/5.

We came from the Isle of White for this car, the salesman came and picked us up from the train station. We were very thankful for this as being from the country we would have been useless getting to the dealership! It was very tight to get into so we were thankful for the excellent customer service. They offered us a drink when we got to the dealership, helped us with all the forms it was all positive. He did end up showing someone else another car while we were there but made sure we were sat somewhere warm and we just sorted through paperwork and made calls. There was no hard sales or pressure it was relaxed. The car was as described, he scanned all the paperwork and sent it over so we could translate it. He gave us directions to get out and just went above and beyond for us. We would go to them again.

I can't remember the name of the salesman who helped during the purchase. However the service was perfect from him, nothing was too much bother. The car had been cleaned/valetted for me prior to leaving and I am really enjoying it, there is one minor problem but hoping the dealership will be able to sort it/advise me on what to do when I call them.

Car seems fine so far, I went in person to collect it. The first time I went to the dealership I took it for a test drive and that all went well, I felt the route was long enough for me to decide that it was the right vehicle for me. If they had something I was looking for in the future I would go back to them based off the experience I had this time round.

Purchased a Toyota Vellfire from here recently, and I am very pleased as the car is in great condition it was as advertised the communication right from the start was great. From the phone calls to in person, it was clear. There was an issue with the sunroof which did delay the finish a little, however they got it all sorted which I am pleased about and kept me updated.

Great personal feeling customer service. Would recommend and buy again in future.

I bought from Wanstead at a distance, we only dealt with the staff there over video calls and emails. But from my experience with them they are good, the video call we had with them they showed us around the car and asked if we had any questions, polite and friendly throughout. I do have one little issue with the car on the windscreen there is a tint or film, initially we thought it was Sellotape but when we came to remove it realised it wasn't, which was a little odd and its starting to bubble slightly, that said mechanically the car is running fine tho.
