I liked that there was no persuading me at Wanstead, they just allowed me to take my time and make my decisions with no pressure. What stood out was their honesty and excellent customer service from Adam and Thiago. This is the 2nd time I have brought from them as I was happy the first time.

What stood out to me was the amazing customer service. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had. Even after the sale I had a small problem and considering I live far away from the dealership they were still quick to answer and didn't ignore me. I dealt with Matthew and another salesguy who were amazing.

The Toyota Vellfire they had for sale at Wanstead Carriages was a wee bit different to the others one I had seen which is why I decided to buy from them. The guys there were very pleasant and the service was spot on. Definitely five stars.

If I was in the market for another vehicle I would consider going back to Wanstead Carriages. They were very professional and answered questions I had. No issues with the Volkswagen Golf so far.

As a single mum buying a car was a big deal and took a big chunk out of my budget. I know nothing about cars. But I was put at ease straight away when I called and later visited the dealership. There was no pushing, everything was explained in micro detail, and I was allowed as much time to check the car, etc. Nearly 2 months owning the car, including the journey to Europe, I can say the car is reliable and very comfortable to use.

I got my Audi A1 from Wanstead. I did have a few issues at first but these have since been sorted, I did have to wait abit on the day but overall it was quite quick, the salesperson was attentive and i'm happy with the car
