Happy with my purchase

I’ve been driving the Toyota Estima every day since we bought it. It is driving well, and I would use Wanstead Carriages again in the future.

The sales representative was excellent and truly reflected the reviews I had read online. When we went to view the car, he gave us all the information we needed and then gave us the space to look at the car without being pushy. I bought the car for my Mrs, and so far, so good fingers crossed it stays that way. We sorted out all the warranty, and I can say it was a top-notch service.

I did not go to the dealership, the entire buying process was done online, and we communicated through WhatsApp, where they answered all my questions. The vehicle was delivered and matched the description, other than one minor thing. I have only driven it once or twice, but so far everything seems fine.

The staff were really professional. They answered any questions I had in detail and clearly showed that they were knowledgeable about what they were selling. I have been enjoying the Golf I purchased and have not had any issues so far. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
