i have used this garage for over 10 years never again i had a new battery fitted before CHRISTMAS all over Christmas i had trouble starting car i went back times

My girlfriend has had two cars from warrens and has had nothing but problems with both of them. They have left her out of pocket. When it was in for some warranty work of which it had three separate problems we were told we can fit you in in 3 weeks and not before. Never buy a second hand car from here. They currently has a red mini and it has a rusting engine mount which they have not mentioned

Looking to buy a car after testing 3 I asked about another and was told by the old man that I had tried 3 and that was it and I was wasting his time.

I have used Warrens of Plystock for my car requirements for a number of years now, and I have never been disappointed. 12 months ago I purchased a 4 year old Peugeot 308 diesel from Warrens with only 11,000 miles on the clock. Last week the car was put in for an MOT. It failed on rear brake pads which were replaced. However an annoying clicking sound appeared after picking up the car which was not there before. The source of this noise was difficult to diagnose, but the garage stuck to the task and cured the problem, without charge. Despite being the supplier of the car and the clicking sound appearing during MOT in their custody, I can honestly say that no other garage would have done this in my experience. I cannot recommend this garage enough for its value for money cars and customer service after care.
