Couldn’t fault them at all. They were knowledgeable, knew what they were doing and sorted everything out very quickly. Jamie was the person I initially dealt with before collecting the car who was fantastic. He wasn’t there on the day I picked it up, so I dealt with someone else, who was absolutely fine as well.

I needed a bigger car, as I just recently had a baby, which is what made me go for the Peugeot 2008. It has been brilliant and so was the service I received from the staff at Warwick Hall Cars. Everything was proper swift. I'd definitely use them again in the future if I were to get another car.

When I went to buy the car, it was good. The drive home was fine, then the warning came on the next day. I took the car back, and they resolved this issue, which did take a while, but apart from that, I was all good, and I am not getting on well with the Ford KA.

Warwick Call Cars was spot on and I’d definitely recommend them. They did my wheels for me and, since I told them that the wheels were starting to peel, they’ve said to bring the car back in whenever I can, so they’ve been pretty spot on with that.

My new Fiat 500 is lovely, and everything at Warwick Hall Cars was lovely. They fixed the things that needed fixing and delivered the car, so everything’s been fine. I haven’t got the logbook yet, which is the only thing, but apart from that, everything has been good.

Everything was fine on the day and they were helpful, doing everything I asked them to do. The Mazda itself is fine as well. The only issue is with the wing mirror not coming out when I press the key. I do still have this issue and have been in contact with them a few times. Apart from that, I find them very friendly and feel like I can trust them, so I would use Warwick Hall Cars again in the future when I come to change the Mazda.

There was an issue with the V5 being forgotten, but they’re sorting that. There was also some money that should have been knocked off the car, and when I mentioned it, they returned it straight away. They paid the car tax without me asking, which was pretty good, and delivered the car for free, and when it was delivered, it was pretty much as described.

Customer service at Warwick Hall Cars was brilliant, and I had no problems with them at all. The Kia Ceed has been brilliant. I’m still getting used to everything, as it’s a bit sophisticated for me, but I’m getting there. I'd use Warwick Hall again in the future.
