Excellent customer service, great contact and smooth process

We went up to view the car one weekend and realised there was no spare wheel, but it was there when we picked it up a few days later. The car is all good, no complaints with it at all and the staff were patient, honest and straightforward.

The experience was fine - the staff on the day were quite helpful. I found them on Autotrader because I was looking for electric vehicles and Warwick Hall had the perfect one for me. I'd give them 5 stars.

I found them online on Autotrader - I was looking for a specific Auris and I found one with low mileage at Warwick Hall, so I decided to pop in and I'm glad I did. I haven't used the car much but it seems fine so far.

So far so good with the car! I can't remember the name of the salesman I dealt with on the day but he was nice guy, there was no pressure from him to buy either. I'd give them 5 stars and I'd definitely consider going back there if they have a car I want

The guys at Warwick Hall are great no pressure and given time to check out the vehicle without them hovering about help with paperwork was no problem for them only had the car for a week but loving it so far would recommend this garage thank you guys

I need to get the tracking sorted out for the car and Warwick Hall said they would pay to get it sorted which was appreciated. The customer service was awesome - Charles was really pleasant, helpful, cant knock him. I was really well looked after.

Experience is definitely a 5 and beyond !! Really great experience very smooth and my car came in immaculate condition. Very refreshing to deal with a honest and genuine company. Would recommend to anybody. 👍🏼
