My new Fiat 500 is lovely, and everything at Warwick Hall Cars was lovely. They fixed the things that needed fixing and delivered the car, so everything’s been fine. I haven’t got the logbook yet, which is the only thing, but apart from that, everything has been good.

There was an issue with the V5 being forgotten, but they’re sorting that. There was also some money that should have been knocked off the car, and when I mentioned it, they returned it straight away. They paid the car tax without me asking, which was pretty good, and delivered the car for free, and when it was delivered, it was pretty much as described.

Customer service at Warwick Hall Cars was brilliant, and I had no problems with them at all. The Kia Ceed has been brilliant. I’m still getting used to everything, as it’s a bit sophisticated for me, but I’m getting there. I'd use Warwick Hall again in the future.

The Golf has been good so far. My experience with Warwick Hall Cars was alright and they were good people. I found them honest, and if there was something they weren’t sure about, they’d tell you. I’d give my overall experience four out of five and I would recommend them to others.
