My wife and I went to warwick hall cars looking for a car for my wife. We were given the free reign to test drive as many cars as we wanted, and were able to look around as much as we like. The car is performing well and generally we are happy with everything. As expected with used cars, we have had a couple teething problems, two of the tires needed replacing, we needed a SD card for the sat nav, needed a spare set of keys and there was a speed limiter set on the car which we were unaware off.. the dealership however resolved every issue immediately and at no expense to us.. Mr Warwick himself even came out to greet us and see if he could help with the limiter issue. We got a fair price for our trade in and I feel we got a good deal overall.

I bought a slightly older Ford Fiesta for my son, the team in the dealership were great, very good at getting things sorted, meeting the expectations they set, just a very good and well organised dealership. We had shopped around and been too 4 different dealerships on the same day and saw 4 potential cars, it wasn't until we went into Warwick Hall Cars that we realized how much more accommodating they were. the fully prepped the car and allowed us to look round at our own pace, no pushy pushy sales. I drove the vehicle back to Blackpool myself and it's a really good runner, the only issue we had is with a leak in the boot.. after some research this is a manufactures problem common with fiesta's of this age and not a dealership issue. Big thanks to Charles and the rest of the Warwick Hall Cars team for making my sons first time buying a car a good experience!

Great car and great service, the car wasn't very clean in time for the handover, the lads were very quick to get this sorted out for me.

Switching from a Fiesta to something of this size has been a transition as I have never driven anything this high up before, the car however has been great on short journeys around town and I'm heading down to Wales with the family in a few days and I'm confident it will handle the long distance just as well. I appreciated the lack of pushy, pressured sales, we were given the keys upon showing interest and told to take our time, have a look around and told to shout up if we had any questions. I have no complaints and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Bought a Ford Kuga from Warwick Hall Cars, it's my daily drive and seems to be ideal. We have taken it to Wales for the weekend this weekend and it's had no issues on the long drive down. The chaps in the dealership were great, very helpful and quick fix any problems that arise along the way.

I had my heart set on a VW Golf S as soon as i saw it on Warwick Hall Cars website. I am here and there every day doing both short and long-distance journeys and the car has been perfect. There are lots of gadgets and bits of tech which I am still discovering every day, it is a lot more fuel efficient than my previous car and I'm really pleased with my purchase. Phil was my first point of contact and was incredibly helpful throughout, there was no pressure or pushy sales and all my questions were answered perfectly. I would like to add the delivery driver was amazing and very helpful despite our frustratingly complex location and heavy downpours on the day of delivery. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
