It's beyond my understanding how this company still runs. Been to them with an engine oil leak, after 3 months and 2 thousands calls from me I finally got the car "repaired". Not even 30 days laters found out the leak is still there. Probably they didn't even look at it. I've been to them with 2 issues and come back with 3. Nowhere in this world you'll gen an more unprofessional and poor service then there. Whoever reads this:run. Run as fast and far as you can.

I paid £3000 to find an issue on my car. You then tell me the car is fine. Keep my car for 1 month and now the problem is even worse due your team. I’m shocked by Audi and the team with the work that was not done. I’m having now to fork out for another company to resolve this matter that should have been an easy fix. You basically stole my money and completely messed up my car. I will be going through the legal route regarding this matter.

They don’t care about safety of their customers We took our q7 car for service and it was under Audi warranty we have been loyal to them for 7 years they waited until warranty expired to fix the car and they where rude didn’t care really even about our safety.it was long experience but really bad attitude from management and service team no even apology Really bad attitude.and they lie no shame. Never use them again.

Poor communication and the canon get through to anyone. It’s been 7 weeks and still the car not fixed. They have sent it to another dealership in Bristol. DON’T BUY Q4 ETRON AND DO NOT BUY FROM THE HATFIELD / WATFORD AUDI GROUP.

It’s been the second time when I am going to Watford Audi, and again as the first time , it was terrible again and again. Customer service lack the discipline and the person who is in charge of fixing your issue, if you ask multiple questions, they become rude and unprofessional with their attitude, treating you from the top and looking down on you, not trying to fix any type of complaints , they just say ok , ok, we can’t help you, move on, try in a different place . Taking my car from their workshop, and written on the boot, a swearing in a different language, and when confronted , trying to either blame me for writing that (the word was not in my native language anyway) or saying it wasn’t written at thei workshop, but the didn’t even tried to help me in any way, or saying something nice or anything other than rejecting everything I was saying. Worst place to take or care regarding of the issue, and charging huge amount of money for minimum work or not at all.

Booked car for recall twice. First time waiting time few months adviced to call week before to sort out courtesy car it turned out my booking was not even booked. Second time just now Called to book my courtesy car as My is staying for recall 5 days Only offered 30£ day Enterprise car ! Another 3 months of waiting wasted. Called AUDI Farnborough and my recall booking and courtesy car is sorted within 5 minutes call. AVOID WATFORD AUDI TO SAVE YOUR TIME.

We used Audi Watford for the one service our new A4 Avant needed on its two year lease. With less than 10k on the clock they reported the clutch needed replacing at a cost of GBP2k+. Engineers report stated "customer has burnt out clutch". They further explained a burning smell was the main reason for the diagnosis and helpfully added that it could fail at any time. We took the car to another main dealer for a second opinion and they were shocked by our treatment . They first offered to investigate under warranty but then withdrew as there were no symptoms or reasons to suspect a fault and were happy to certify to that effect. I can only assume the Watford staff member who picked up the car for its service caused the initial problem by driving badly and this was followed up by a lack of customer service.
