Pretty standard experience just how it goes, the customer service was good and the BMW is running well its perfect five stars 😊

4, really helpful, worked hard to get the finance that suited me. I love my car! Only reason I wouldn't give a 5 is because the car hadn't been cleaned very well, found sweet wrappers, chips, dog lead etc in the car

The Fiat 500 is a great first car, I was looking on Autotrader and seen it was creme and it was cute. The process was really quick too it only took about 4-5 days to get the car. and its running great but as of yesterday I have low tyre pressure which I need to call Wavertree about this. Tony he was great I don’t know a great deal about cars and he was really helpful. Five stars definitely.

Tony, I think his name was, was brilliant he was amazing. He kept me up to date because I can get a little impatient aha! I actually bought the Seat for my son it’s a perfect little first car. I will actually be devastated when he gets it full time. We have got three cars from them before, so we always go Wavertree. Dead friendly and all lovely five stars.

Amazing experience - I was looking for my first car in the UK, also I liked the BMW and how quick it was. The customer service was okay, it was just the communication towards the email was not that good. However when it came to the phone call and face to face meetings, it was perfect.

The Vauxhall I got was fabulous. I've driven past Wavertree many times, and I've had good recommendations from other people so thought I'd take a little look. The sales person who helped me was brilliant and I found the staff very friendly and accommodating, they were just fab every step of the way!

The Volkswagen is sound, nice first car for me. Everything's running smoothly with no complaints, I'm made up with it. My dad had bought from Wavertree before & they had really good customer service.

I had a lovely experience with the team. I think it can be a bit daunting as a woman to buy a vehicle, however the guys went through everything with me and were more than happy to help. It was very quick and efficient and I managed to drive away the same day, I could not recommend this company enough.
