So far so good, it was an extremely quick experience which is what I wanted. Very much in and out, no messing about, no trying to pressure sale. The guys were great all round, very helpful with everything I needed. Would recommend them to anyone.

There was some problems initially but the team at wavertree were quick to help get these sorted. Everything has been great with the car since and the customer service from start to end I cannot fault, 5 stars all round.

Brilliant service, I came across the dealership while looking online, I called them up and they were really helpful and answered any questions I had. I am really happy with the car, it does have a warning light that keeps coming on regarding the dipped headlights, however it's not of major concern and I am really pleased with the car.

I had an issue with the car when I first got it and Josh fitted the car in to be looked at and repaired . I'll also add that the owner (can't remember his name) was really lovely as well, very friendly and passionate seemed an all round Great and lovely guy. Since I purchased the Mini Countryman, I did have a few issues, but I must credit the dealership as they got the vehicle back in and resolved all the issues. The aftersales support and the service when I was buying the car were brilliant.
