From my initial phone call with Joe, to the handing over of my new car, everything was spot-on. Iv'e bought many cars over the years and dealt with loads of dealers, some good, some not so good. The proffeseional, courteous and knowledable way in which I was treated from start to finish was exemplary. The gentleman who delivered my car was Mick, a really freindly person who showed me around the car, going through everything with me, including all the paperwork etc. I needed the car delivering to me as I live in North Wales, MILES away from Sunderland ! Joe said it would be no problem [ He obviously hadn't realised just how far away I lived ! ]. He phoned me back and confirmed just that ! He asked if I would be prepared to split the difference with him, which of course out of all fairness, I did. The car was immaculate when it arrived, I was [and still am, made up with the car. Would I recommend buying a car from these people ? ABSOLUTELY, IN A HEARTBEAT ! Hope this review helps anyone considering buying a car from Wearside autopark. Thanks again guy's !

Searched the Internet for what I wanted and found that wearside were offering a good deal. How wrong was I.
The car wouldn’t start the second time I used it the garage told me that they were unable to assist me with the multiple faults that it had. I have had the tpms light on every time I’ve used it and had to get it reset, the rear tyres are all cracked which should have been mentioned on the mot but weren’t, the car has been put on a diagnostic machine that has revealed multiple faults including the DPF and although I was told the tow bar was detachable there is no key for it so it is permanent.
I just wish I had kept my old car which didn’t have any of these problems.
I would not recommend these people to anyone.

I can honestly say what a great experience I had buying my Infiniti at Wearside Autopark ..From walking in Joe came over to help me and his service was outstanding, I highly recommend this company and a bottle of Moet &Chandon as a gift ....absolutely brilliant

Partner bought a car for 12k took out the year warranty they sell with the car. Offered £20 to post a good review. After 11 months car faulted. They said not covered, guy called Gavin was very rude and unhelpful. They have your money and want nothing more to do with you.

My experience with wearside autoparc was great! I bought a beautiful Vauxhall Adam & i absolutely love it. Kevin was so helpful throughout the whole process, he rang me daily with updates & explained everything clearly to me. I couldn’t fault my experience here & will definitely be using them again and will recommend to anyone wanting to buy or finance a car. I have to praise the staff, Kevin who was my salesman thank you so much, & Helen also. I couldn’t be happier
