Brilliant service from team at Wellington motors, especially Jamie Bird his advice and knowledge was first class, this is our fourth EV from them.

Jaime couldn’t have done more to help us! We were clueless and he explained all our options in a way we could understand and decide what was best for us. He went out of his way to help and was never pushy. Would highly recommend Jaime oat Wellington Nissan.

After having a chassis survey on my nissan navara in Wellington as no other dealer was doing it close to Exeter, my wife was collected the truck and drove back to Exeter, so much for the vehicle checks prior to customer collection as they had not connected the rear light pack. So the M5 on a friday rush hour with no lights !! no apology, no acknowledgement of how dangerous it was, no sincerity. Absolutely appalled could have lost my wife with not a care from Nissan. Would never use them again, or buy a vehicle from them again.

Awful customer service!

My whole experience in purchasing a vehicle, and part-exchange of my own vehicle with Jack Straw at Wellington Motors could not, in any way, be improved upon. From my initial email message to Jack to delivery of the vehicle has been terrific. Despite the late enquiry I received a reply from Jack well outside "office hours"and the contact between us has been absolutely superb. No one could improve upon the entire excellent service I have received from start to finish with Jack and I would also wish to add to my thanks to Keith who delivered the car to me and was a pleasure to meet him and was so helpful, pleasant and very, very smart. I feel both Jack and Keith were terrific and a credit to your company. I would not hesitate to recommend Wellington Motors and in particular to the wonderful Jack Wall. A great guy!

Took a car to Wellington Motors for work - work seemed ok but the free safety check said the car was "100% safe" when we already knew there were major safety faults. We just wanted them to get the car started which it did while on their forecourt but wouldn't start again later. I complained and they said they've sacked the staff member but no offer of actually getting the car to run (as was paid for). A disgrace.

Stay well away from Wellington Motors! They offer a limited warranty on the cars they sell and even when a problem occurred under warranty they said nothing was wrong, went back again with same issue. Sorry sir the car is now out of warranty.
