Having had the car for a week, I am confident that I made a good purchase for a fair price (without feeling the need to haggle) and am the very happy owner of a Porsche Cayenne with a full main dealer service history. I liked West Hill's professional approach and the fact that their actions consistently backed up their words.

Friendly, swift, no smarmy salesmen, genuine. Easy! We don't like to haggle and turned out we didn't need to. We got what we wanted and more. After the deal was done, the car was treated like a vip! Gleaming, things that were showing signs of wear were changed even though we hadn't discussed it. We were late on initial arrival on a rainy Sunday afternoon for a test drive, and with torrential rain and a mad rush to exchange on the end we were met with absolute patience and real customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough if they have the car you're after. We will certainly go back.

Phoned up about audi s4 got David on the phone he took time to tell me about the car, arranged to travel up last sat to view, was as nice as described, David left me to look over it and take it a drive with no pressure from him at all, liked the car, all I could fault it on was needing brakes to which he said they would be done, agreed on a sale left deposit, traveled back up the following Saturday to collect it, everything was done as said, Willie was in on the Saturday he took care of all paperwork and road tax smoothly and efficiently having me on my way in no time. All in all great smooth hassle free, although I'm a fair distance away i would use David and westhill cars again.

This was my first experience with Westhill Car and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I went to the garage with the intention of selling my car and not having one for a few months because of COVID but I ended up loving a car on the forecourt. There was no pushing sales, I was allowed to go away and think about my options which was really nice unlike larger chain garages which always try and make you sign something or leave a deposit. My new car was received like new and I couldn’t be happier.

I have dealt with many car salesmen as my husband changes our cars far too often and I can honestly say, I have never dealt with such a genuine salesman before. He goes above and beyond - coming to the garage on a Sunday evening to let us view the car we were interested in, taking my jeep as a trade in when initially he didn’t want it as he had one already, matching the price I was offered for my jeep by another garage so that I didn’t have the inconvenience of having no car while waiting for my new one to be ready, not “scrimping”on what needed done to the car to get it ready which is VERY unusual, These are just a few example of him going above and beyond. He does drive a hard bargain though eh David, although I’m pretty sure he’d say it was me that does. So without any hesitation at all, I would recommend David as the guy you need to see if you are thinking about changing your car. I know that I will be going back once my husband decides it’s time for a change again!

This is my second car from Westhill cars and on both occasions it has been straightforward and the cars are always good quality, reasonably priced and Will continue to buy from there in the future no reason to go elsewhere.
