We placed a deposit on a vehicle at Volkswagen Brentford and, over the following two weeks, experienced significant difficulties obtaining updates on the purchase. During this period we made 18 telephone calls, including six in one week and two to the Sales Manager. None of these calls were returned. We were initially advised the vehicle was in preparation. After repeatedly contacting the dealership ourselves, we were eventually informed that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident and was awaiting parts at a body shop. Throughout this time we never cancelled our order or indicated that we no longer wished to purchase the vehicle. Despite this, we later noticed it had been relisted on Auto Trader without any communication to explain the situation or discuss the status of our order. Our experience was characterised by a lack of communication throughout the purchase process. We hope the dealership improves its communication with customers in future.

Great and attentive staff esp Mr Hash who was very attentive by carefully asking right questions and listening and understanding our needs without being pushy as a sales person.

Bigger dealership is not better. Awful customer service, not kept informed of delays or reason. Promised stuff - but all lies. Typical VW I suppose. My advice go to a different dealer who actually cares about you and not just the feedback on their forms

Terrible! I was booked in for a test drive, arrived 15 mins early, asked at reception for the sales contact and was told he’d be with me shortly. 30 mins later someone asked me if they could help, went away to find out what was going on - I never saw them again. 10 mins later another lady asked me the same, tried to sell me finance and then said they don’t have my vehicle there and that they do not normally give people test drives. She seemed baffled that someone might actually pay for a car outright.There were only two other couples in the entires showroom and 10’s of staff walking around doing NOTHING. I eventually walked out having wasted over an hour of my time. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. You have been warned.

Not a good place to work they promise you one thing and then do not follow through with what they have said bad Customer Servise

Do NOT give this branch your money. They will over promise and under deliver. We ordered a car which was never delivered - we found this out ourselves as were not even kept in the loop. We were promised a £250 good will gesture - this was denied by the sales person - Emilia. Simply the worst experience I have ever had when making a purchase. Please, please, please do NOT give this branch your business.
