It was a very good service. Repairs done after the independent inspection. Fast easy collection

Everything has been fine with my purchase so far, I have got to contact the dealership just as I have had a warning light saying the car is due a service, so just need to get that clarified as I did assume this would have been done. Other than that though, had no problems with the car. All the staff were helpful, sorted out all the paperwork and that side of things quickly for me, it was really no drama. I am giving a 4/5 as I feel there is always room for improvements!

Easy experience, there was no pressure or pushiness during the sale. It was all really relaxed. I got a VW Transporter I have used it everyday since purchase for work purchapaces and it was exactly what I needed. Couldn't fault it. I mainly dealt with Will at the dealership, he was a great lad really sound had no issues.

Dealt with Will, he was very, very helpful. there was no delays during the purchase which I was pleased about. After having the car for about 3 weeks now there has been no issues, so touch wood it is going to continue this way. It is a great car to drive, I went for a MIni JCW Cabrio. Definitely a 5. So happy with the car. The staff at Westbourne are fantastic, so helpful, friendly and professional. If ever I am in position to buy again, I would definitely be looking to buy from Westbourne.

They've been all good. The van has been fine so far but a service light has appeared though. I'd definitely consider going back there if they had a car that interested me.

Chris's service was spot on. He makes a lovely coffee and even put a big red bow on it! It's the little touches. Honestly it was perfect from start to finish. We went the Saturday before to look at the car and he wasn't pushy, just nice and relaxed. I'll definitely be going back there. The only downside was they didn't have any biscuits!

I found them on Autotrader and had to travel a bit to get there but it was worth it. The car is driving nicely and the staff were perfect on the day. A couple of improvements would be we agreed to get a full tank of fuel on handover but that wasn't the case. Plus they weren't particularly easy to negotiate with. It was very business-like but I'm happy.
