Experience was alright. Very straightforward. I went to see the van, agreed a sale, went away and they sorted it all for me. Handover was straightforward enough. I’ve got a sensor issue on the back so going to call the dealership, nothing major. It was all easy going, good company to go to.

4 would be a 5 however van has a 65mpg speed limiter on it that is rather expensive to remove with no mention of this in description before perchance. However, I would recommend this company to others.

I liked the colour of the car and no one else had it so I went to Westbourne Professional. They were brilliant. Talked us all through it all, were upfront, didn’t promise anything they couldn’t deliver and weren’t pushing us to buy the car.

They had the vehicle we wanted so contacted Westboure Professional. It was all arranged over the phone then went to see it. They picked us up at the train station and were very professional. The vehicle was ready for us. Staff were more than helpful, they went above and beyond. Four stars as nobody's perfect.

Experience was excellent. They are good. They have nice premises on a retail park. Very straightforward, friendly, not pushy. They told us of a fault on the vehicle when we were there so we had to wait a little while they repaired it then called us when ready to collect. Very pleased with it. Will dealt us, excellent service.

The previous one I got from a different dealership was mis-sold to me and, unlike the one from Westbourne, was not as described. The whole sales process with Westbourne was short, with a quick turnaround. I bought the Ford on the day, and it was delivered to me within a couple of days.
