I've had my Ford Ranger for a little while now and it's been bang on, its getting the job done. I felt the team really looked after me while I was going ahead with the car and I've got no complaints.

Very happy as a buyer because the service the team provided was spot on while I was getting my Land Rover Defender. As for the car I'm happy with it and I would have no issues coming back in the future for another car. As the weather has got colder I noticed that the heated steering wheel didn't work (through no fault of the dealership) but it's still under warranty so I need to get some more information from the team if the warranty will cover it.

I got my Audi A6 in October, and it’s been exactly as expected, with nothing negative to mention. The team at the dealership were fantastic. Everyone was nice, kind, and not at all pushy, which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free.

It was a straight forward process. I travelled 150 miles to see the Ford Transit and after seeing it, I went ahead with the van, it was as easy as that and so far it's been fit for purpose and getting the job done. The only thing I would have changed would have been the location of the dealership because it's so far away!

Since my old van was flagging should we say, I was looking for a low milage/ low priced van and the Volkswagen Transporter at Westbourne Professional was perfect. I've already clocked up 2000 miles in it for the time I've had it, and it's been bang on.

I never give top marks because no one is perfect but my latest purchase has been going well. I've always had Minis in the family but this is the first time I've had one, and so far it's been great. I'm very happy.

Westbourne Professional has been the easiest car buying experience I've had! I had no issues, the car was ready on time and all of the information given to me was spot on. I've been running the car everyday since buying it and it's been great.

The Seat Ibiza hasn't been used a lot because my son is learning to drive in it and he's currently waiting for a test before it will be used full time. Will looked after me on the day and he was a great lad. There was no pressure, it was just a nice easy purchase.

After travelling down to see the VW Transporter, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly team with a coffee waiting for me. I had a great first impression of the dealership because the premises were clean and tidy. Everything went well on the day, I can't think of anything I'd change. After taking the Transporter away, I did have a battery issue but when I called Josh, he agreed to pay for another one and in less than 2 hours on the same day, I had a new battery and the money was refunded in my account. Happy to give 5 stars because I have no complaints.

I don't get to drive the vans myself because I just make the purchases, but the VW Crafter has been great from what the lads who drive it have told me. I tend to buy a lot of vans, but I do remember the excellent service from Josh at Westbourne Professional. He was really good throughout the sale. My lads were excited about what comes with this model because we don't get many that come with cruise control or air-con, which is an upgrade from our usual buys. They were really impressed with it, and I was happy with the price. Even the guy who delivered it was nice. I’d definitely come back for another one.
