Sold a car with more rust underneath it than the titanic. We have independently had diagnostics carried out on the car by the AA and they have questioned the validity of its MOT. We have reported them to the motoring ombudsman and are currently pursuing them through county court for reimbursement of our costs to repair the car. Westbrook confirmed in writing they would pay us back but they have failed to do so. If you want a roadworthy vehicle DONT BUY FROM Westbrook Take a look at other negative reviews , it’s not just us !!!!

I recently brought a vauxhall insignia from westbrook car sales,when I viewed it the car had a few scratches and scuffs the owner of the car dealership said I will promise you I will sort these bits out ,I was told the car would be ready for collection the follow Saturday but i had to wait a week and a half,and they said they would deliver free of charge ,the day they was delivering it the driver rang me and said there is a minor and took the car back to sort,so if you are looking for a honest dealership to purchase a car I would highly recommend these guys they looked after me from start to finish ,thank you westbrook motors

Terrible Dealership. Bought a car of them and car mats were filled with mould. After a week the car started to show its true colours. Had a turbo leak and a water leak which made the seats go mouldy. Told the dealership about it and they took the car and “fixed it”. Nothing was done. They fixed the water leak but turbo leak is still there meaning car wont accelerate in 4-5th gear. They said they took the car to a car wash. The car was still dirty and they just sprayed some leather cleaner on it. Loads of problems with the car and they still wont reply to my texts or emails. They are avoiding me. I also dropped off the car to them with half a tank of fuel. When i came back i picked it up with 0. Terrible people who just care about the profit. Loads of problems they did not describe.

Really helpful from the word go, I cannot praise them enough for the help they offered, as a single mum it was important for me to have a reliable car and the car has been excellent, small issue and it was fixed straight away.

Brought a nissan qashqai from them and it's been nothing but trouble, developed a bad fuel leak after two days of me picking it up. They collected the car next day to repair which meant I had to lose a days work as didn't have a car to get to work, the repair lasted a couple of day till it came back, their mechanic Peter came out to my works address to repair it, the problem then came back again!!!! I was now getting annoyed and losing all faith in the car and westbrook car sales. I decided to take the car to a local garage and they said that the pipes that had been leaking were to long and not fitted correctly. I believe that the qashqai was not checked over before I collected it from westbrook but they advertise that their cars are. Most of their cars come from auctions I know this as Jay told me himself, I have since brought another car as i just dreaded driving the qashqai as it was justed developing faults all the time. Their mechanic Peter is a nice guy but I would question his qualifications in motor mechanics. I would not recommend westbrook car sales to anybody looking to buy a car.
