Absolutely shocking service from Westbrook Car Sales, one star is too generous I wouldn’t give it any if I didn’t have to, I brought a Corsa from them through a finance company had it delivered just over 3 weeks ago & have never driven the car has numerous faults that were not pictured or explained in the ad for the car only to find out that was the least of my worries when I was told the car is not road worthy by my mechanic as it has a water pump leak & knackered fan belt the engine squeals when starting the car so possibly other underlining problems, also failed an mot on major advisories & then passed mot only to find out those major advisories have not been fixed so should not of even passed! trying to go through finance company to reject the car but having no luck & have the car sat on my drive having to pay for it & not being able to drive it is an absolute nightmare worst experience I’ve had to deal with the garage accepts no fault for selling the car in the first place. I’m having an inspection done on the car on Monday but now after reading through other reviews I’m worried I’m going to be stuck with the car as they won’t want to take it back only offer to pay to fix it but that’s not an option for me I don’t trust the garage now one bit! Any advice from others would be appreciated

Before i brought the car from Westbrook Car Sales, they could not do enough for me, but after 2 months when i returned with a problem under warranty, they did not want to know which left me with a bill of over £200. Also check the service book when they say it has been serviced, i was caught out with no service on the car by not checking. Would never trust or buy a car from this garage again.

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai+2 from Westbrook Car Sales to use as a family car. When I arrived to check the car out, they gave me the chance to take it for a test drive. A few issues came up, such as a "door open" light staying on, and worn brake pads. They wrote down my concerns and agreed to deal with them before I came to pick the car up a few days later, so that it could have a fresh MOT and have the issues dealt with. When I came back to pick the car up, the issues I'd mentioned had been dealt with, and they also had the clutch changed (at no extra charge), which wasn't necessary for it to pass the MOT.

i finally found the car i was looking for online at westbrook car sales. i have been looking for a couple of months for this particular model and spec on autotrader so before i made the trip to westbrook who were 200 miles from me, i gave them a call and spoke to one of the sale staff Andy who politely answered all my questions so i decided to make an appointment to view the car the next day. When i arrived at westbrook the following day i met Andy who showed me the vehicle. i was left alone to inspect it and take for a drive with no sales pressure whatsoever, which i was glad about. i was very happy with the drive and condition. They helped me to tax the vehicle and made the buying process very pleasant and hassle free. Thank you westbrook car sales. Good service,great place.would definitely recommend.
