Bought a 2018 Fiesta St from this dealer in June. Delighted with the car and the service provided. The car was fully serviced, 12 months mot and 6 months warranty which I had to use thankfully.

Got myself an c class Mercedes from Westgate couldn’t be happier with the car or so it the service

mot are dodgy pre mot said it shouldnt of passed mot and said it been in a crash which wasnt stated

Bought a car of them in feb this year for £11000 Within 5 weeks had to replace aircon Within 8 weeks had to replace rear shock 2 new tyres that were clearly faulty when sold the car Front tracking also All these issues were on the car when they sold it to me They offered no assistance with anything when I called them. Absolutely terrible company would not use them again Stay away

I bought a 66 plate Mondeo 1.5 diesel with 84k miles for £8k. Very good value with Satnav etc. Deal done over the phone with finance cleared and deposit paid within 30 mins. 3 days later picked the car up. Washer bottle empty and paintwork a bit scruffy and one front wiper a bit ragged. The car had a full Ford service history (I checked) but the book was missing. I was assured the car was mechanically spot on. Just had the 90k service done at the local main dealer. Apart from the wiper the car is spot on. No faults, no recalls, all very good. So, I reckon the car was excellent value. It was really cheap for the year, and whilst their pdi checks could do with a spruce up(no washer water!!) they have sold me an excellent car which in the 5500 miles I have done in the intervening 4 weeks has averaged bang on 57 mpg. I would definitely recommend Westgate Motor Company. Will be back in 250.000 miles for another car god willing.

the most rude arrogant person i have ever met in my life is chris from westgate motor company- the car was overpriced, really filthy inside, none of the documents he told me it had were there and the car was in generally poor condition. wouldnt give this dealer even 1 star. avoid at all costs take your business elsewhere

Westgate Motor Company is a fantastic company, went there looking for a car as mine died on the motorway the day before to find the perfect car for us at a great price. Bill provided us with beyond words customer service, explaining every thing with no messing about and a good laugh as well. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a car, will be coming back here first when we eventually need another car

Westgate motors took a deposit for a 911 then took over 5 weeks to have the car ready for collection. After which they rang up to cancel the order as they "couldnt solve to air con problem" and then 're advertised the vehicle at a dearer price.
