Our list of problems with this garage are never ending. We paid this garage for several repairs on various similar alleged issues to suspension to the same car amounting to over £6000. We agreed finally to sell the same car to the garage as we were sick of constantly paying for new suspension parts. They filed to take ownership of the car before paying us for it. It also had a private numberplate which they also stole in the process. The numberplate has huge sentimental value and it was clear it was not for sake. My husbands car was also damaged during a valet. My personal possessions were stolen out of the car too on previous occasions again during a valet. We’re wondering why we stayed with this garage for so long and listened to the lies that Paul spewed. We are now going to progress with legal action. Paul is great at stringing you along. Be aware he knows exactly what he is doing. I’d be interested if anyone else on this site would like to get in touch.

I have given my Mercedes Benz for MOT, Rarely used car and in good condition. They have kept the vehicle for nearly a week and returned without completion of the MOT. They returned my car in a worst condition after having used it for their personal use I assume. Have no clue what they have done to my car! My car is not starting now and problem with the engine!! Never go near this garrage!

We have used Paul & his team for the last 6 years no idea why we will never go near them AGAIN! He is a compulsive liar and very unreliable. Lost both our service history books and when he was selling one our cars (never sold it) we ended up with 3 PCN notices clearly they were using it day to day as the seat and one tyre were also wrecked. He might be cheaper but he is not worth the hassle. Stay away

I had exactly the same thing happen to me. He hacked wracked up over 6 tickets. How did you resolve this?
Had my Audi for five days, Inconsistent and contradictory reports every time I phoned. Eventually returned and charged almost £1,000. One week later all of the problems (and more) were back. A total rip-off. Avoid Westlake Garages at all cost.

Paul at Westlake Garages has resolved the issues that I had to my complete satisfaction.
Avoid them, has my oil and filters were changed at Westalke Garages . After 4 000 miles, I found Oil Leak, car is under warranty so I contacted with dealer, and Ford dealer diagnosed "oil filter leaking due to being over tightened" This cost me £150 for new oil plus extra £60 for replaced undertray. They don't really care about this, they should call me couples days ago to find out the solution but they didn't... Unprofessional garage, don't recommend them!!!
