I recently purchased a Skoda Octavia Greenline Estate from Westley Motors in Birmingham. At all times the service was efficient, polite and unpressured, with plenty of time both to try the vehicle, and to talk about it afterwards. The vehicle was just what I was looking for, and it was a pleasure to buy from this company. Wesyley Motor Co Sold me a Volvo c30 that had endless amount of problems needed new wheel bearings within 2 weeks and new dpf filter within the first month also needed 2 new tyres new bottom suspension arm and new track rod ends. The AA warranty is useless and westley said I would be reimbursed for some of the work but that never materialised. So take my advice and go somewhere else.

Just purchased a car from westley motors the car is in great condition low Miles also found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
The Vauxhall Insignia that I purchased is a very clean and low mileage car.From first contact to driving the vehicle off the forecourt, I was very impressed with the personal and friendly experienced customer service that I received. I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership in June. Everything went okay, the dealers were pretty helpful and the car is in excellent condition. My only issue is that I was not supplied with a spare key. This is very inconvenient but generally they were quite good.
