I have dealt with this company for many years, but never again. In my experience, they are more interested in making money than satisfying the customer. I do not blame the staff. The management are at fault here.

I have little problem with the sales side of this establishment, but as far as the service department goes, they are a complete waste of space. Unfriendly, uncaring and miserable to boot. They need a good kick up the backside to wake them up. They are unreliable and can never stick to their word or agenda with many broken promises, such as promising a vehicle will be ready in one hour, and it is still not ready 4 hours later! Plenty of excuses though. An advance course in customer relations would not go amiss.
