I bought a Nissan Leaf a couple of years ago. The service they provided was excellent, thanks especially to Andy Sharrat who provided me with all info. required. The dealer met all my requests and shipped the vehicle in perfect condition. Very much satisfied with West Way Nissan Birmingham's service.

I was interested in purchasing a Navara and found one listed on the West Way Nissan Birmingham website. I called up and spoke to Riaj and explained how I wished to finance / fund the vehicle for business purposes. From the initial call I had to chase for over a week for any forms to be sent out to me (do not live close to the dealership) and still to this day I have heard nothing. I finally gave up persuing as it put a bad taste in my mouth the fact he wasnt interested. You would think that the salesman would be keen for a sale however I feel you have let your franchise down and will NOT be recommending to anyone. I'm sorry by business was not good enough for you.

If I could give West Way Nissan Birmingham less I would. Its been a complete farce from beginning to end. Salesman talks the talk until they have your money then they don't want to know. The salesman agreed he would have the paint work looked at as there were quite a few scratches on the vehicle for its age and would respray the boot! Funnily enough this didn't happen because the manager wouldn't approve it. Now trying to have this issue sorted is a nightmare. West Way Sutton don't want to know. Sales manager supposed to call and never has. Salesman says "I don't know what else I can do" and Nissan as a whole are a waste of time. I thought West Way were APPROVED Used Nissan dealers? No point in paying the extra cost to have the security of buying from an approved dealer because you get better service from the small Independent garages. AVOID.
