My Husband left a £200.00 fully refundable deposit on a car at West Way Nissan in Oldham. The morning after he went in the showroom to say after consideration overnight we decided the car wasn’t for us and we would like our deposit back. A full week on now after numerous phone calls that money is still not back in our account. Salesman blaming accounts dept, accounts dept no help at all. Calling in again this morning to demand our money is returned back to us immediately. It’s funny how the money was taken out of our account straight away but can’t seem to be refunded back in as quickly. Shocking customer service would never buy from the Oldham showroom.
