White Cottage car centre were very organised and the sale was so quick. They did all the running around and sorted all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and drive away.

White Cottage get top marks, I bought my car from them back in July and they've just sorted out a car for my wife, both are excellent and the service was second to none.

White Cottage Car Centre delivered the car to me as I'm on a provisional license so I can't fault them there but since then the after sales care has declined. There was a miscommunication regarding the warranty options and I had to push to make them give me what we had agreed, they weren't helpful in resolving a suspension issue. Overall I wouldn't use them again.

It's not the vehicle that's the issue at White Cottage Car Centre, its the service you get afterwards. They're all nice as pie right up until you've paid and they even say if you have any problems let us know. We part exchanged our car which we bought from them last year, I ring them up to mention a small problem and well to my surprise the person on the phone was like, we will do deal back and saying they shouldn't have done the deal. They claim gear box was broken and clutch needed doing, as far as I was aware the gearbox was fine and as for the clutch, it's the clutch they fitted before we bought the car and it's always been high so that is their fault. It maybe be used cars and you expect general wear and tear and a lot of money we spent and for them to go back on their support almost immediately. Under no circumstances will I buy or part exchange a car from them again warranty or no warranty. How our old car was returned was how they sold it to us in the first place.

White Cottage Car Centre were spot on and did everything you would expect from a good, professionally run car dealership. I would certainly do business with them again when looking for my next car. In the 3 months of owning of my car I have not had to return to this business with a single problem.
