Bourght my mini from Whitley bay motors and adam could not be more helpful. We traveled a long way to see the car and it was just as adam described it over the phone spot on. There was a coffee as soon as we arrived took car for a test drive found a couple of faults and they were sorted with in half an hour. All the paperwork was done ready to sign vehicle taxes and they even sorted my insurance out. Nothing was a problem. Very very happy customer.

No complaint really! I bought a Hyundai Santa a few months back. Had a few issues with it but they are being sorted and Paul has always been true to his word about everything. The value for money for the car is good and The car was clean an din good shape. I would recommend.

I bought a car last year from this dealership I haven't had any issues with the car and any of the repairs done to it. In fact we got some work done by them my daughters car which was way cheaper than any other garage in the area, It was on a Fait punto were the local Fait dealer told us the electric steering rack was faulty, but the mechanic at Whitley bay motors found out it was just a fuse!

I bought a Renault Megane last week from this company I had no problems with it. The salesmen at Whitley Bay Motors was called Paul and he was first class, very friendly the only downside the waiting area was cold.

My experience is not over yet and i will update this review when my ordeal is over, but in a nut shell when buying a car from a garage you can relax knowing that the vehicles are fit for sale and checked by car people, however not this garage, when we collected our car it had a flat tyre (5-psi) when inflated it went down over night so a tin of tyre foam as a quick fix, the wipers were so badly damaged the windscreen now has a scratch to match the crack, so new wipers fitted, a few jobs had been agreed when purchased and we waited 4 days while the work was carried out, however other than new badges nothing had been touched or checked, the thing that really got me worried of the type of garage this is was the radio buttons and fan blower buttons were flaking (common problem on this vehicle) and know way of knowing what these buttons do, the salesman agreed to fix the buttons however he thought colouring them in with a black permanent marker would sort this and maybe we wouldn't notice? - 2 weeks later and the car is back at the garage as the engine management light is on and the vehicle is in limp mode, also a loud scraping noise when you drive over any speed bump even when crawling and i cant see anything catching, it pulls to the left and the whole passenger side of the vehicle now looks appalling as it must of been resprayed very recently and the paint has sank and through the paint i can see sanding marks and bubbling which was not visible when we purchased, the car is now waiting to have a full side respray, windscreen repair, engine management fix, i am slightly worried as the garage mechanic told me the garage should not sell older vehicles as there not inspected or checked and he only buys new cars then replaces them when broken he prefers motorbikes (his words), i am slightly miffed but i am going to give them a chance to fix this car as my wife loves it, it is a saab convertible with 50000 on the clock. i will update or repost when i get to the end of this, hopefully my experience will turn out positive and the after sales service has been improved since the previous reviews. this car was not a px to clear it was on the forecourt with every other vehicle.

THIS IS MY LAST POST, BELIEVE WHAT YOU WILL, I BOUGHT THE CAR IN DECEMBER AND TODAY MY NIGHTMARE IS FINALLY OVER, WE HAVE HAD AROUND 8 TRIPS TO THE GARAGE REPEATED ARGUMENTS WITH MOST OF THE STAFF AND THE ARGUMENT TO GET SOME OF MY MONEY TOOK 30 MINS, TO ROUND THINGS UP, I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FIT FOR SALE, I GOT MOST OF MY MONEY BACK BUT I AM OUT OF POCKET £70 AND NOW'T BUT A WHOLE MONTH OF STRESS TO SHOW FOR IT. CAR WAS SOLD UNCHECKED AND UNSAFE, GO TO A DECENT GARAGE WHY TAKE THE RISK, AND I AM GUESSING THE COMMENTS ON HERE ARE OFF THE GARAGE AS THE TOLD ME HOW UNHAPPY THE WERE WITH MY REVIEW BUT HAD NOTHING TO SAY WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WAS ALL TRUE AND THE WERE ONLY UNHAPPY BECAUSE THE WOULD NOT BUY A CAR AFTER READING MY HONEST REVIEW. OH DID I MENTION THE NEVER CANCELED THE FINANCE DEAL SO THE 1ST PAYMENT STILL CAME OUT EVEN THOUGH I SIGNED A CANCEL FORM.

I would be very wary of your comments as you are not verified !! But it is easy to make up a copy of any receipt of anything photoshop is good! Just a few points that i have for you. 1. I have bought a number of car from this dealer and have never had any issues with them! 2. Many of my friends and family have also bought cars from them with no issues! 3.I fully understand when buying a used car there might be issues with them but that is what i would expect, if the car was new which i could never afford i would expect no faults at all! 4. I appreciate dealers like Whitley Bay Motors who make it possible for me to purchase a car that only a few years ago a car worth £9500 new I'm able to buy for less than £3200. SO FOR MYSELF I WOULD TAKE TOUR LONG WINDED SA OF FAULTS AS PURE LIES AND I WOULD ADVISE REVIEWER ALSO TO DO THE SAME I DO NOT WORK FOR THE DEALER!

I am happy with my Hyundai Tuscan that I purchased from here back in August, It was clean and in really good condition and up to now Have had no issues with it at all, The dealers have been really helpful and friendly and the car was a very good price. I would definitely recommend Whitley Bay Motors.

The vehicle I purchased from Whitley Bay Motors was not road worthy. it was sold with a dodgy MOT and lots of mechanical issues. The dealers did ask for a chance to repair the car but I declined because of the fact that the car was sold in such poor condition. The car is being rejected.

I was going to purchase a car costing over 5000 from whitely bay motors too until I read all the horror stories on this website so have decided to buy from a respectful company and not a cowboy outfit. Its so easy to place up 5 star reviews aint it!

I visited this dealership in May and bought a car. It had been back and forth to the dealership for repairs and now that the warranty is up its at a local garage because im having issues with the alarm. other than that the car has been okay since the dealership did the repairs but it took some hard work to get them to do it.

Do NOT use this company. I purchased a used car from the Washington, Tyne and Wear branch of this company in February 2016 - the supposed valeting had obviously not been carried out as there were empty sweet wrappers in the driver's door pocket but that's a minor detail compared with what came shortly afterwards. Just a few weeks after my purchase the car stopped working as, our local garage mechanic discovered, the pipes from the power steering pump were corroded and leaking. I could not use the car at all for weeks. On contacting the motor company their immediate response was to try and say I was out of their 31 days guarantee. On being advised that people have statutory rights for 6 months they agreed that, as there was no way I could get the car to them, they would pay our local mechanic to carry out the repair -the payment was to be made by B.A.C.S. The repair was carried out but to date, 5 months later, Whitley Bay Motor Company have not paid our mechanic. We are now looking at taking this matter to the Small Claims Court but neither we, nor our local mechanic should have to be put to this trouble. I repeat, DO NOT USE WHITLEY BAY MOTOR COMPANY.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from here and everything has been good other than the fact that I asked for the tyres to be changed due to them balding but all they did was swap them around. Other than that the car is good and I have had no further issues. I would recommend them.
