I bought a car from Willenhall Trade Cars and after 2 weeks of faults, took it back for a full refund. I wasn't prepared or trusted that this car would last beyond the 1 month warranty. I was told to come back again for the third time to speak to Ryan. So instead left the car with Karl. The fact the passenger’s door didn't lock invalidated my insurance!! Ryan today, has sworn at me and then apparently thinks he can state he will block my calls as me asking for a refund or calmly trying to state the faults was "Irritating" him. Please Please contact Trading Standards!!! I have today to get this garage CLOSED DOWN

Willenhall Trade Cars were very rude and aggressive when complained about a few things on the car, argumentative manager and was very intimidating!

They have today been extremely aggressive, argumentative and not listened to the 10 faults of a car I have owned for 2 weeks!! Legally I am protected by Consumer rights and should receive a refund but they will not listen.

Hi i am warning everyone who has had or having a car from Willenhall Trade Cars to take it back or have the car checked thoroughly by a third party garage... i brought my avensis from this car dealers and i am appalled to say the least. My car was not driving like it should. Felt like ot was lagging through the gears. I spoke to ryan and carl who are meant to be business partners but dont communicate with each other. About having my car sorted as it was in the warranty time. They said yeah i took the car to them to have the engine management light sprted witch they didnt they put tape on the inner side of the clock to blank out the engine management light. I found this out because i took it to a second garage as i wasnt happy with the length of time my car was with willenhall trade cars. And the mess it car back in. In total i will be writting to trading standards to see what i can do in reguards to covering the cost of the second garage.

I brought my ford focus from Willenhall Trade Cars, we very helpful good customer service an helpful. Car had a few minor problems which were solved without an issue, spoken to one off the main gentleman there and he assured me that the car would be safe as I have to put my children in the car also delivery the car with no issue and quite cheap for the miles. Overall very happy with the car and the people involved with the purchase of the vehicle

We are having a terrible time with Willenhall trade Cars- has anyone here who has been having the same troubles managed to get their money back?? I'm at a loss at what to do next, they are rude on the rare occasions that they even answer the phone. I'm actually scared to call them now after being sworn at, but they have my money and the faulty car that cost us £200 to return to them- wondering if we will ever get our money back- any advice gratefully received...

These guys have sold us a faulty car. When we complained about it, They asked us to return it for repairs. The repairs have taken over a month and once threatened with court action, they asked us to come in for the car as it was now ready.....we got there on the date and time they set for us only for them to be closed. The car is still with them and the money is still with them. People like these guys will try to frustrate you but when you’ve got time for them. I brought a car from this garage in January, was a ice looking car until i started to drive it, little did i know how much work was needed to be done on it, breaks rotting over £800 quids worth of work was needed, i was gob smacked when i actually broke down... as the car was being towed onto a recovery truck the BUMPER FELL OFF WHICH WAS BEEN HELD ON WITH BLACK TAPE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR OFF THESE... I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Thought they were genuine well they are not...

Seen a advert on auto trader and against all advice decided to put a deposit on a Audi a3. Was working away and needed a car for when I finished work. They said they would sort the issues the car had (body work and a cracked windscreen) if i paid full asking price. So i paid the £100 deposit expecting the work to be done in the 2weeks they had. Got a train from London and after 9oclock tried to ring all of the 3numbers I had and no answer on any so get a taxi to the garage and There's no owners just 2 mechanics who obv had no idea about what was happening. They eventually get through to 1 of the owners and he says he'll come. 30mins later turned up and didn't seem to care in the slightest. Not sorry in the slightest about my wasted time or the fact they couldn't delivery a road worthy car in 2weeks. Would suggest anybody to swerve this garage completely.

I bought a car from the apparent reliable dealer according to the reviews. I don't for one minute believe these are genuine. Since buying the car, within a month there was a problem. I was sent away telling me that I needed to buy a new water cap. The car continued to cut out, often in very busy traffic, this placed me and my children at risk, the car was not road safe. I took the car back, The owner did not respond to phone calls, ignored messages. I finally requested the car keys after bring intimidated by the owner. The owner plays the Trading standard game very well, offers shoddy excuses in the first 30 days and after this holds the car and demands money to repair. Several others outside the garage with the same experience.I don't recommend this dealer to anyone. Trading standards needs to investigate. W

Bought a car from these con artists car wasn't cleanest when I got there finally got the car home to find the power steering went heavy put straight in the garage to find the steering rack had gone will cost me the price of the car to fix AVOID AT ALL COST SCUMBAGS

There is a typical pattern developing...I have had the same experience. Poor service, worse after care and buckets of intimidating unprofessional behaviour by the seller once they have your money.
