I can't believe what I am reading. I have bought 2 cars for myself in the last 2 years which have had no major issues and are all round brilliant cars. The service and respect given by the salesman was amazing. After this I recommended my uncle to buy a car from Williams & Sons which he bought a new shaped Vauxhall Corsa and has done long journeys for example he drove to Italy and back and told me he had no issues and loved the car. I would defiantly recommend buying a car from them if you experience issues I'm sure there is valid reasoning but I saw the car I wanted 2 days later it was serviced with a new MOT and valet I will be returning for my 3rd car soon (so I can get a bigger engine size.)

I very recently bought a car from Williams & Sons (usual warranty). Within a few days I noticed an oil leak from the car. Several attempts by phone to arrange for the car to be looked at and repaired where made. I was always given an excuse and told that someone from Williams and Sons would call me back soon, yet I would always be the one calling back. I finally got Williams and Sons to agree to a day, I even phoned the evening before to check the time that they wanted the car there for and 09.30 was the agreed time. We arrived at the garage as planed to find no one around. A man working near by came over and said that they all left around 10 mins prior to our arrival. I explained that I had arranged to have the car repaired, the man in return wished me luck. He explained that this was a regular occurrence, unhappy people trying to get their cars repaired or the money back. I still have had no contact from them to date, and have had the car repaired by my usual garage. Trading Standards are also now involved. PLEASE people don't waste your hard earned money at Williams & Sons in Telford.

Williams and Sons sold me an un-roadworthy car and I have now had to get trading standards involved because the car dealer refused to hand car back. Do not buy from them they are also abusive on phone when you try to resolve issues.
