The Ford Ecosport is brilliant! I wasn’t looking for this car specifically I was looking at about four cars on Cars 24/7. I was looking at the Ecosport and I don’t know what it was, but I knew that this one was the right one. I did the whole this online, I didn’t even see the car I just knew it was the right one. everything went brilliant, it was really quick. From start to finish everything was explained, I knew exactly what I was doing, where it was going and I was in contact with them, it was great and the delivery was absolutely on the ball.

We had no problems with Williams Motor Company they were really really good. The whole process was really good from start to finish. The sales guy that we saw at the dealership was really good. He explained everything to us and even on the day of collection, we went down and he went through everything with us. Everything worked on the car and we drove away. We did have a query about something the day after, and they answered it without any problems at all. So, I have no complaints at all.

Everything a Williams Motor Company was absolutely brilliant! I can’t complain whatsoever. I wasn’t specifically looking for the DS3, but when I saw it I liked so yeah, it was happy days. When I was at Williams Motor Company it was absolutely mega! I saw it the week before and they got an MOT and stuff and I went to collect it the following week. They were brilliant and it was lovely.

Purchased a Jaguar XE from Williams Motor Company the car has been great. It did have a little issue at the beginning, an engine management light came on and it was difficult to get through to the aftersales team, it did eventually get sorted and has been great since. I have been enjoying the XE, it was the car that I was specifically looking for, I had seen it online and was looking at it for a couple of weeks before I went to see the car. I am very impressed with it! Everything was really good at the dealership, and the sales was really good.

Williams Motor Company was fine, it was a bit difficult to start off with, but I understand they are a busy company, when I did manage to get in touch with them, they were fine. I did also have an issue with the air conditioning in the Evoque, so I took it to a local garage as I live in Devon, the garage I took it to contacted Williams and got it all paid for over the phone. I have been enjoying the Evoque, I wasn’t specifically looking for this car I was looking at a Jaguar F-Pace, but this ironically had been sold the night before I got there. The customer service that I received was very nice, it was good. Even though the garage is far away from me I would still recommend them.

It's taking a while to get used to the Mini as it’s a bit heavier than the Fiat 500 I had before, but I’m getting there. There was a Mini closer to us that had slightly more experience. We travelled to Williams twice, as the first time around the car was not ready for a test drive as it had no petrol and the battery was dead. When I went to test drive the car, they offered an extra 3 months' warranty but agreed to get the car delivered to us for free, as we live about 90 minutes away, which was great. I would gladly deal with Williams Motor Company again

They were friendly and helpful during the purchase. I loved the look of the car and it was presented in a very good way. I had an issue with some engine parts after the purchase but I brought the extended warranty and the garage had the car back and fixed the highlighted issues. Up to now the car seems fine and is good to drive

The Jaguar is doing well, there is a little that I knew about since I bought the car, and it is being sorted by Jaguar. Sometimes getting hold of them has not been the easiest, but other than that, it has been smooth sailing.

Definitely a 5 star experience, the whole process was nice, and it was all professionally done. The day I went to pick up the car, everything was sweet. There is a check engine light related to the MAF however I’m waiting for someone from the dealership to reach out.
