Came across the dealership online while looking for a Ford Kuga, when I went to see it in person I was really pleased that it looked exactly like the photos and described as it was. The service was really good, they made sure the car was cleaned and ready for me and I haven't had any problems so far.

Recently purchased a Mini Cooper from here, I have been using it pretty much daily. I went in person after calling up to enquire. I got seen to as soon as I came in I was never waiting around at any point. I took the car home the same day after I made sure I was happy with it, It had been cleaned for me and I am giving the dealership a 5/5 as I didn't/ still haven't had any problems.

I am giving a 3 out of 5 because I felt there was a lack of communication. I paid an additional £200 to get the car delivered and I was not made aware that the car would be driven to me rather than brought on a truck or trailer. When the car arrived, it had no battery charge as it had been driven such a long way. The outside of the car was also really dirty and I had to pay out of my own pocket to get it cleaned. It just ruined the experience of getting a new car. It arrived dirty and almost dead. Apart from this, everything is fine with the car. I just think some things could be improved to make it a five star service for customers.

Second car I have bought from here now. I dealt with Andy each time, he is a top bloke, always helpful and easy to deal with. Such a relaxed and easy experience, it was the first time I had been to this dealership, and I dealt with 2 of the staff members. They were both so relaxed and didn't put any pressure on the sale, they gave us they keys let us have a look around the vehicle and said if we wanted to test drive just come and find them and they will put the plates on. It was such a refreshing experience not to have a pushy salesman over your shoulder the whole time. I would 100% use these guys again. The car I went for is lovely, I use it pretty much everyday for work and commuting. I've had no issues with it. It drives and feels great. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I recently purchased a car for my son, it is his first car as he is learning to drive. We got it delivered and I am pleased to say that everything was on time and came as I expected.
