Living at the other end of the country, I committed to buying the car without seeing the car as my dealings with Andy the sales executive was second to none. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. Great experience from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in using Williams Select again

Initial contact with the salesman was great, and negotiation was fair, but after that, service went down hill. No service history ever provided despite repeatedly asking, no invoice until asked 3 times, no confirmation of funds received for 48 hours, car not prepared as agreed and arrived with scuffed wheels which i now have to rectify (at their expense). Dealer couldn't even be bothered to submit the V5 to the DVLA and didn't bother telling me until i found the V5 in the service book! The worst part is that the dealer very happy to supply a supercar with rear brake discs well below manufacturers recommended standard, despite being made aware of this on multiple occasions. Having raised concerns to 4 levels of management, I received a terse and dismissive response from the DP. I accept that COVID has presented challenging times, but this has been awful. A few bumps along the way is understandable - but when almost the entire transaction is this bad, it's shameful.

Very very convincing VIDEO just two small things one to be fully repainted. The other touched in the very words of this salesman (ex horse trader). The car was at the rear of the showroom with little light. Remember this salesman is brilliant .got my £31500 and in a flash car outside engine running got me inside car job done. Bonnet needed repainting 1 bad scuff and good few small dings. Totally my fault for not having a good look in daylight according to the. Super salesman at Williams Select.
