I went to the dealership knowing what car i wanted. So when I arrived Sam was very helpful let me take it for a test drive. I then went over some things I wanted changing/doing before I purchased it. These were things such as a fresh MOT, fresh service, I wanted new tyre caps as well as the VW badges on the wheels changed. He kept all his promises and everything I asked was done, it was really appreciated. Since having the car I've had no issues, I have a 6 month warranty which I doubt I'll need to use but it is nice having the reassurance that it is there if I need it.

Great experience at Windmill Autos. From the get go the communication was clear. I went to view and test drive 2 different vehicles, Andy said to give him a call an hour before I come and he will have them all ready for my arrival, which he did. After taking the cars on a drive I decided on the Audi A1, I have had cars similar/ a bit higher spec but honestly think you can't go wrong with a A1. After I had decided I let Andy know a few things I wanted doing and when I came back to collect everything had been done for me. Promises were kept and I wasn't let down. It was a great transaction I am very happy with Windmill Autos! I have given a 4 out of 5 as I believe there is always room for improvement!

Very standard car buying experience. I don't have anything to complain about, it was the first time I had used windmill and it all went well. The Tiguan I got has been alright also.

This is the first Hybrid vehicle we have had. The car itself drives great and has no faults, it is just a lot different from what we have had and is definitely taking some getting used to in regards to all the tech it has. When in Hybrid I feel like I am driving a milk float as it is so quiet! Everything went smoothly at the dealership, we were on our way to visit our kids who have recently moved to cambridge so decided to get the car on the way up. Everything was organised over the phone prior to arrival. When we arrived the whole process took about a hour, we took it for a test drive and decided it was the vehicle for us. It was a stress free, smooth process. Everything was very organised, Would recommend.

The service was perfect! I didn't stress about anything, they talked me through the process and I felt really looked after. I purchased a golf, this is my first car! I am currently learning to drive so I haven't actually used it yet but I couldn't be happier with how the process of purchasing it went!

I was looking for a specific vehicle when I came across Windmill Autos, they weren't too far away from me so it was ideal. When I went to see the car in person everything was as pictured and described on the advert. The turnaround was quick and. I haven't had any problems with the car. I would give a 5 star, the only thing was they were moving the forecourt around so there was a bit of construction going on, however this wasn't their fault and I couldn't knock the service.

Car has been great since purchase, haven't had any problems. The buying process was easy, we went to view it one weekend, took it for a test drive and put down a payment then came back the following weekend after we had sorted insurance and everything else. When we collected the car had been MOT'd and serviced just like they said they would do. The only fault I could give is that there was no service stamp in the booklet. However happy with everything else.
