Really pleased with the car and the customer service, Andy was helpful and the car was all cleaned for us before we left with it. The only thing we would fault is that the trim had water damage and we were told this would be replaced but we never received a call back regarding that. Everything else has been fine and had no major issues. We would give a 4 out of 5 stars for this reason.

It was a really easy-going experience. There wasn’t any pressure on the sale, which was nice. When we wanted to test drive, Andy gave us the keys, told us a route, and let us go off on our own, which we appreciated. I am very pleased with the car it’s great. I went with my daughter to get her first car. She is very happy with it and hasn't had any issues. We have actually purchased a fair few cars from Windmill now and have never had a problem. My other daughter bought a Qashqai, and when that had an issue, they got the car in, gave her a courtesy car, and sorted the issue. Ever since, nothing else has gone wrong. Windmill are such a trustworthy dealership. They really look after you, and the cars they sell are always checked and sold to a high standard. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to all the staff who have helped us throughout the years.

It would have been a 5, however it turns out that the dealership had topped up my oil by a litre too much. I had to sort this out myself and remove about a litre of oil from the engine. Apart from that, I found the service to be good. The car is lovely, has no issues, and I thought it was very reasonably priced.

First time using Windmill Autos. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them and use them again. The staff were lovely and made it an enjoyable process. I haven’t used the vehicle I got very much yet, but everything seems fine with it. There was no pressure or feeling rushed into the purchase while at the dealership. Sam, who helped, was great from start to finish.

Great flexibility at Windmill Autos, it was great they they are open on a sunday as that was the only day I was available. I was never rushed into the sale it was a nice and easy transaction. Andy was so great, he couldn't have been more helpful. I am still so happy with my new BMW so thank you :)

Lovely experience at Windmill autos, we felt looked after and accommodated to. It was a quick transaction and I found it to be a easier process than buying cars from other dealerships. I am pleased with my car, I am having an issue with the aircon not working, however I would still give a 5 out of 5 stars.

So far everything is okay, I do have one issue I am keeping my eye on for now, but apart from that I am very pleased. The customer service was simple, yet quick. Andy was helpful. The car was valetted before I left with it, I had no issues in regards to the service.
