Very good experience at Windmill Autos. I thought they were very professional. I liked their openness, they didn’t try and chuck extra things into the deal. I was dealing with several other companies and they said they can't negotiate the price of the car but will add extras, where as Windmill Autos were straightforward in selling the car. I was very pleased with them as they had a price and when I dealt with them they were very fair and delivered on all things they said they would do. I also liked that in their offices there were terms of reference so you knew what they do and don’t do. Andy was very good. He got the car valeted and replaced a few things. I had the wrong manual for the car so I went back and they swapped it over, no problems. I found it difficult to critisise this dealership.

I had had my eye on getting a BMW for a while, then I happened to spot one at Windmill autos. When I got in touch with them Andy was really good, polite and helpful. he has great knowledge of the car and wasn't pushy at all. The BMW is running brilliantly with no issues at all.

I'm really enjoying the car and Andy and the team there were nice, but it was quite an average experience. Most of the things that were agreed prior to picking the vehicle up were sorted. But ultimately, I've had better experiences, but I I've also had worse.

Love the car, I love it. its drive beautifully. The guys were lovely, bit of damage on the car and they put that right. I’ve recommend them to family already who is looking. The young guy there drove me to the post office to sort the tax and log book. Im happy with everything.

I haven't been able to drive my car much only a couple hundred miles to the beach as I am working away but so far it seems to be ok. I found the customer service ok, I would have appropriated the staff to be a bit more chatty, but I appreciated that they extended my warranty from 3 to 6 months due to the mileage on the car.
