Very friendly young man who guided me and helped me choose my car, He knew what he was talking about and he was very honest which made me feel more comfortable, The car had no problems and I was very pleased with my purchase. Definitely would recommend Wise wheels as a trader to consider.
I was sold a car with problems,I call the dealer for exchange he promise to call me back in 10min and started avoiding my calls.I couldn’t use the car for two weeks after solving the problems another major one developed. Then I took the car to the dealer for full refund of my money since the car was just 1month of 3month warranty.He offer to repair the car but I wanted my money back as I couldn’t trust the purchase anymore.He refuse to refund my money but off to buy the car back from me with less than half of the initial purchase.After long conversation and argument he agreed to pay £1000 less of the initial purchase so I agreed has I did not want to go through court stress.Buyer please read advert properly,and check gov.website to avoid MOT back clocked.

Several months ago I was sold & delivered a car from this dealership who lied about the car and paperwork and refused to take return, ignoring consumer rights. Currently taking them to court (autotrader has assisted) and have also reported dealer to trading standards, yet dealer is still utilizing every delay tactic possible and constantly making up new lies in their defense, despite that it will be very easy to prove otherwise when we get to court. They have caused myself a lot of stress and money issues.
Bought my Audi Q5 from Wise Wheels in April 2015 and these guys were just brilliant. Since then I have purchased 2 more cars for my daughter and wife. I must admit these guys are simply brilliant in every aspect of their service. On all three occasions they have sold me the cars in prestige condition. Whatever they promised , they delivered. I personally have recommended Wise Wheels to all family members and friends and I will highly recommend you.
